I’ve used other dealerships in the Searcy area before and let’s just say I’ll never purchase from them again.

Riser -Harness Ford was a completely different experience and I’ll definitely be back again! Sam Sawyer was great, as well as the finance department. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my pre owned vehicle was just as perfect as a brand new vehicle! They even helped negotiate my interest rate for my loan and got me a lower percentage. How many dealerships do you know will do that? Highly recommend them!

He went over and beyond in assisting me to find a quality vehicle where I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for monthly payments. My son is enrolled at Harding University and had car trouble right when it was time to come home for the holidays. We had the car towed in, and they were extremely prompt in notifying us of the problem, then had his Escape fixed and ready to go in no time at all. It’s very reassuring to know he has a honest and reliable service department in Searcy. Especially when his parents are 5 hours away. Thank you for getting it done, it’s greatly appreciated!!

Riser Harness Ford emailed me when I did not buy a car from them!
I responded to both emails that I was not their customer; no one took heed. If the sender was unknown, I would have flagged it as SPAM. I believe a business would want to know they are not reaching their real customer.
Then I was sent a survey, which provided me a link to this review!
When Riser saw my review they politely asked me to ask me to modify it. They explained responses to the prior emails were not monitored. Thus I increase my stars by 2 and added this clarification.
We, the people, get too many emails that we don’t want; it’s easy and cheap to send. Businesses need to realize we don’t want/need to be overwhelmed by quantity.

We were from out of state and worked with Maverick. He was very helpful and did a great job communicating and went above and beyond. Taking pictures and driving the vehicle to make sure all was good. The dealership stood by their word and was honest and straight forward with us. When we drove 8 hours that means a lot. That is something you don’t get most of the time nowadays. Luke the finance guy was very helpful and patient and addressed all our questions patiently.

Our salesman Ryan was fantastic to work with. He explained everything very thoroughly and worked hard on our deal to get our business. Luke was also fantastic to work with in the finance department. He was low key no pressure about everything and very nice. The experience was amazing and very fast paced in and out buying a New Bronco in less than 3 hours. They were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. They had a great lounge area for my kids to sit and watch TV while I filled out paperwork. The staff also offered treats to my kids and coffee for me. They did a great job explaining the long, boring yet necessary paperwork.
