The pharmacy refused to use my goodrx code as I am a new user and got discount. They charged me $26.18, when Goodrx app had my meds at $7.31. Even when I showed proof my meds were less, pharmacy STILL refused to use my personal goodrx code. Degenerate workers here and the managers for the pharmacy and front store refused to even see my proof of being over charged.

This manager was extremely rude as I was there for an interview, as if I knew he had a load and couldn't honor the interview. Cane back next day and again extremely rude and still didn't honor my interview. I no longer want anything to do with this store.

This town only has 2 pharmacies and the pharmacist act like they don't enjoy their job well just file for unemployment and take another coarse because you suck at what you chose to do with your life ... Having to call multiple times, never receiving script updates and having to repeat yourself multiple times and the person acts like they don't understand what your saying then you can hear the other pharmacist laughing in the background .... Just do something better with your life because for the people which I speak for the people you are horrible customer service

Always having to come back for a prescription ?‍♀️. It's never ready on time. Understaffed and rude most times. Doc will send it over in the am sometimes meds won't be ready til the next day. We only have a few pharmacies in BLYTHE. come on ppl do better please!! Sick people need meds so they won't get sicker. The longer they take the worse off we are!

Rite Aid pharmacy in Indio always goes above and beyond to take care of my families prescriptions. They are always friendly and if there are something that needs to be done with prescription coverage they are on top of it and always provides the best advice in a caring manner.

I've been going to Rite Aid for some years now after Blythe Drug temporarily closed. The pharmacy and floor staff there are very nice and friendly . I've never had a negative experience with the staff there (and that includes the pharmacy staff) and I am HUGE on customer service. The only drawback is (like all the other reviews), the pharmacy. Those poor overworked souls are extremely understaffed. The low amount of pharmacy staff doesn't really make sense as this is one of 2 or 3 pharmacies in town. I'm not sure if it's a corporate issue with hiring staff but something really needs to be done. Instead of getting the canned response from Rite Aid on the review board, how about actually taking heed of the reviews and work on adding extra staff to the pharmacy.

I am about ready to contact the BBB, rite aide FRAUD hotline, and Elizabeth Burr ! This pharmacy is doing something they are not suppose to be doing and as a IHSS provider it would be my duty! Fix your fraudulent ways because next time I receive a co pay that is fake, IT IS ON.
