Today I had the worst experience at this rite aid location. I called the store to confirm if I could return 1 item. I called and received confirmation from the store manager, Gabriel. I arrived at the store to purchase a few more items and make the return. Upon arriving at the check out line, 4 check out associates were socializing behind the counter for about 15minutes as the line grew longer. I requested to make the return, as I’d already received confirmation that I could. I presented my item and my receipt when Patricia rudely expressed that even though she’s the store manager, she couldn’t return the item. I confirmed Gabriel offered confirmation. She laughed and said, “that doesn’t mean anything, everyone knows Gabriel but I can’t help you”. Patricia and her prison tattooed coworker just laughed and said, “gosh I can’t wait for this to be over”. Overall, they were rude and incredibly disrespectful. Maybe it’s not a big deal, but as a customer I was quite shocked to receive such low class behavior from these associates. Rite Aid seems to be a reputable company. Both their attitudes and overall behavior were disgusting.

On my first visit, I endured quite a long wait at the pharmacist for one uncomplicated item. I wouldn't have returned ever again if it wasn't for the convenient location. On my second visit, a few days later, I grabbed what I needed from the shelves quickly. When I went up to pay, I asked the cashier to help me navigate the fine print on a product being offered with a couple of discounts and cashbacks on a yellow tag I hadn't read carefully. She seemed quite annoyed. Is that because this store is on Glendon Avenue? Perhaps, your employees could use some retraining.

I still have trouble with they angled layout. That said, the staff is super friendly and they are cognizant of the check-out line getting to long. The pharmacy staff is very clear about when you should expect your medicine and they are quite efficient.

It's only 3 stars because of Mayra, she went out of her way to help us, we went recently to get some ice cream and obviously with everything going on there wasn't much in stock but you can see some in the back specially the one we wanted, I had seen a a short haired lady I had mistaken for a man and customer speaking to some other person I thought to believe a manager so I moved on and seen Mayra I asked her if it would be possible to get me an ice cream in the back, she stated she can try as long as they didn't over boxed the shipment she went and got it without trouble, my husband met me at the same time she was getting the ice cream comes stating he had asked the two women just taking and they stated they wouldn't get it what is there is what you get! Yet your not doing anything let alone stocking, as for Mayra thank you for going at out your way

There is ALWAYS a line & I have to walk the store to try to spot an employee to help me. The last purchase I made here was due to another customer who was checking out reviews for the same thing I needed. It was HER advice that proved to be very helpful. She was right on the money about the product. I'll never use anything else. I wish they had it at CVS. In which case I would never spend another dime here.

I was waiting for the ice cream line, for nearly 10 minutes and No One Ever Assisted Me, they didn't even acknowledge me and tell me someone would be with me. I finally went up to one of the cashiers (who looked to possibly be the manager) I told him I had been waiting a long time and he said Sorry we are busy and gave me a look of "Oh Well"
I just walked right out of the store after that.
