Pretty convenient shopping mall. Parking is ticket less which adds to the experience, you would pay by your license plate.

It’s a 5-6 stories shopping mall along the Miami river. With stores such as Publix, T.J. Maxx, Ross, pet supplies, bakeries, etc.

All in all recommended.

First time in Miami and I loved it. My family took me to this mall and I absolutely loved it. At first I had trouble finding parking for more than 30 minutes because of traffic. But this great gentleman helped me. I asked for his name because he made my day better giving me directions and most importantly being helpful. His name was Ramiro Herrera. And I give him 5 stars for the great hospitality. Not only me he help but when I was walking around. I seen the gentleman helping others around the building. And I mention he’s doing a great job. They need more people like that especially in Miami. But other than that I loved the building and stores. definitely will come again.

Nice little mall area. Not super big and not that many shops really just restaurants and a grocery store, and some discount fashion stores, but was convenient to where I was staying.

The parking garage is just horrible now. Now they wanna be “modern” and use an app to pay to get out of the parking garage. But when I left there was a machine that we only paid a dollar.

So when now when I went into the app to try to cancel the timer it doesn’t let me at all it keeps counting like we are still there.

Riverlanding NEEDS to go back to using the little papers to scan and pay not with this stupid “stressfree” app.

My friend chose this restaurant for her birthday. We had a party of ten. The atmosphere of the place is nice a cozy . However,Some of us that got here first started ordering food right away. So it will be ready by the time everyone is here. we ordered 3 set of Tanu omakase Which is the first dish that we ordered and we expect to be out for the appetizers. But it took more than 1 hour+ to come out. And we have to ask the server several times. But he said it's coming so many time too. Then the manager came by and said because they make sushi fresh it takes time to make that's why it took so long. So we kept waiting and waiting. By the time the sushi came out . We already get full with all the food that we ordered after that dishes . Some of the food didn't come out which is the salmon tiradito . So I asked the server to take it out of the bill since we almost finished and already ordered desert for my friend. But at the end it is still on our bill. I didn't realize because one of our friend took the bill and paid for it right away.
We paid over $2,000 for dinner. Overall food is ok . The staff are nice for singing Happy birthday. Service could be better with the timing of the food. Also the portion of the food and drink are so small. We probably not going to go back anytime soon though.

Living in this building has been wonderful, our apartment view is gorgeous, the building’s staff are friendly and nice, specially YAIMARA in the west building front desk. She is super nice, kind.. always smiling 🙂 and greeting everyone. The pool area is clean and neat. All the areas are always cleaned and well maintained.

This is a perfect mall. Great architecture, open air, it feels light and breezy being here. The shops selection is not that good though, but I think it's temporary. I experienced hard time getting out of the parking 'cause the exit signs are really small and not easy to notice in the dark. Also I couldn't understand what's the deal with the elevators. I parked at Level 4 and got the elevator that said Level 4, but inside there were no buttons for Level 4! Anyways I definitely recommend this new beautiful place.

Today around 8:30pm, security was running behind somebody. I’m not sure what happened, but a stupid one said “move move move” having plenty of space to go through and the other stupid one was the one that got you sued, since I’m going to file a lawsuit, cause this one decided to hit me in the back on purpose trying to push me to go through. He literally hit me. This is out of control. You need to check real good who you hire to work at any position anywhere. I’m filing a lawsuit.
