This place does not fix anything.
The AC has an awful smell like rotten food. We have had maintenance come and all they do is spray cleaner, not actually fixing the problem. After multiple complaints over weeks they did something more than just spray cleaner, but it still smells.
Within two months of us living here they were replacing the outside stucco and they had punched holes in our wall. It took two weeks for them to fix it.
The manager is very condescending, acting like it was fine that there were holes in our wall for weeks.

Very neat place and some of the staff are very helpful.
The place has great potential.
But... My experience thus far has been horrible, an absolute nightmare, one of the worst by far.

Cigarette smoke smell (smoke inhalation, second hand smoking) coming in your apartment and noisy loudspeakers at all hours, and very little help has been done to resolve the issues.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. Honestly, I love It! Maintenance always comes out timely. If you need pest control, they come every Tuesday. The office staff is very nice. I had a family emergency once and they went to my apartment to get my packages for me to keep them in the office until I got back. The community is very safe, speaking as a single woman. It can get a little loud if you live near the pool, but I feel like that’s normal. Parking is sometimes a pain and I wish there was a tow truck that came around to tow more often so residents had more space, but over all I really don’t have a bad thing to say about River Park. I plan to live here for as long as I can <3

Lived here for a year, and a year only. Place is overpriced and run down. There’s no security, I had my catalytic converter stolen and many others have the same experience. Management doesn’t fix anything until the place becomes borderline unlivable. Then even they’ll only do the bare minimum to fix it. STAY AWAY.

In 2018, I moved to Florida for a 1 year job rotation. I am a 22 year old female and this was the first time I would be living on my own and in a new state. Countless hours of research led to my decision to live at River Park Apartments for the year and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I scheduled a visit to view an empty apartment a month before moving in and it was exactly what I was looking for. The single bedroom apartment was very spacious at 832 sqft and had a 64 sqft patio as well. I got a first-floor apartment in the front of the neighborhood. The entire complex was clean, the facilities were well-kept, and the staff was extremely friendly. Ask for Nicole Crangle to help you, she’s the best!

The paperwork and move-in process were quick and easy, any maintenance requests were always satisfied within 24 hours, and the kitchen/bathroom was upgraded early into my residency, giving me new countertops and new cabinets. It looks really nice! The washer/dryer in the apartment were like-new and the stove, oven, and fridge worked well too. I had a great view of the fountain in the pond in the middle of the complex. I also had easy access to the river next to the complex at Jay Blanchard Park, where River Park offered free canoe, oar, and lifejacket rental!! The canoes were in great shape and I always had fun on the water. I also took advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub on premise. The pool was very clean and refreshing, as was the hot tub. The hot tub required no heat up time either, which was useful on those chilly nights. For the hot summer days, River Park also offered comfortable pool chairs to lay out on. River Park provides free cable, and they even offer their own Red Box service by having 100 or so DVD/Blu-ray movies on hand for free 24-hour rental. Another 24 hour benefit they offered was their on-site gym. The gym was being remodeled when I was last there, but I bet it is even better now than it was when I lived there. They also have racquet ball, tennis, and volleyball courts I believe, but I have not used those.

A few little out-of-the-ordinary things about River Park… On certain days, they’ll give ice pops out at the pool, they’ll provide breakfast and juice/coffee to their residents exiting the premise, and they’ll give you a small token of gratitude to you as you move out. It’s the extra little things they do that really make them stand out.

Overall, I had the best year ever in Florida and I am so grateful that I found my place to call home. River Park Apartments was the best choice to me and I’m sure it will exceed your expectations as well! Welcome home. 🙂

After 4 years i can say it has been a good home for my daughter and i . Never had an issue with maintenance, always on time. Great location and would not recommend any staff except for Pam! such a great lady. Pam always gets things done correctly and cares about the tenants. Please read your lease carefully 🚨 if you have any issues they eventually will send you to the property manager, Nancy. She is so nasty and rude. Not considerate to you she only thinks about the business! remember that. 2 years back she yelled at me in front of my daughter and left me crying. Very mean lady

Tammy was an absolute blessing to work with. I absolutely loved my time at River Park and am sad to be leaving. Maintance is great, staff is kind, and the location is great. My only concern was sometimes getting home late I had to park far from my apartment but that was not an issue at all! I highly rec

Ultimately my stay here was fantastic. I want to start with the bad stuff though because in reviews for others I know that what is wanted.
My biggest dislike is the one trash area. It's not great putting trash bags in my vehicle to get it to the dumpster... my second biggest dislike is I came here thinking there was surveillance all around the complex. That is not the case it's only in the front areas. There were a few break instructions there in my stay. 2022-2024. My third biggest dislike is my neighbors who own dogs refused to pick up the doodoo. And I couldn't have anything done without getting picture evidence of the resident. My last dislike is the electric bill. There's no water bill but enough electricity bill to make up for it.
With that said. I came here with my husband , pregnant. With another small child. It was plenty of room. Clean. Nice. Despite the break ins (cars) I was on the second floor and felt safe. The people in the front remember you and that's always just a nice feeling. They were always open to any complaint and ready to help with any questions. The gym is nice, as is the front pool. This place was great and beautiful for my family of 4 until it turns into a family of 6. I had to leave and only left because my family was too big to live here any longer. The pros far outweigh the cons. The maintenance was USUALLY on point and ready to help. Sometimes they didn't do great but was always ready to correct it when necessary. My AC did go out a few times in the end. But again they came by ASAP about it. 24 hours or less. Again the only reason we left is because our family got too big to stay. I mostly loved our stay here and will always remember it being one of the better places I've ever had to rent from <3 Thank you Jackie, from beginning to end.
