The beginning was rough with them as they would often not include anything, said my nurse couldn’t request supplies, and delivering meds at the last minute. In the last few months (July ‘24), things have significantly improved. They are finally sending the correct supplies and medication early enough to correct IF there are concerns.

The staff on the phone have always been amazing and responsive. I have always appreciated how the care and concern of the staff I’ve interacted with and have been really pleased with recent procedural changes.

Mike there team leader & the loving staff from Palm Desert & Irvine sees it that the medicine which is pack with ice & other supplies needed for my infusion is delivered on time.

Having an unexpected illness in and of itself can be overwhelming and then needing monthly home infusions is extremely overwhelming but having a doctor who knew what he was doing by setting me up with Rivers Edge Pharmacy was truly a blessing. He put the order in and I could not believe how quickly they called me to get it all started. I had no idea of the process or how the insurance would work but in that first phone call it was all explained to me in such a kind and caring way and definitely put me at ease. I did not think it would be possible for me to have the infusions with the cost but they worked with my insurance and submitted an application to a foundation that helped me with the co-pays to help pay for the medications. I am still in awe as to how caring and efficient they are and it comes through the phone in their voice that they truly want to help you and care about you. That is really not felt in many places anymore sad to say. I receive a call or message monthly from Arianne for my delivery schedule for my infusion supplies and they always come on the day we schedule. Then my home infusion nurse is set up for my next infusion and I didn’t know how that worked or what to expect but the company they use and my nurse is also great. Arianne has been a true blessing and to have someone who is ALWAYS so kind, helpful and efficient ALL the time is so appreciated and I know this has to be a great place to work as it takes a great team also working together to get all these processes done so efficiently for their patients. I cannot recommend Rivers Edge Pharmacy highly enough and hope I never lose them. You are all the best and very appreciated!!!!!

Always professional caring staff. If you have any questions or issues they are so willing and very helpful to do everything they can to help resolve the issue.I have to use other big change pharmacys in the Inland empire and they are courteous but nothing like the service from Rivers Edge Pharmacy in Palm Desert
