As the Personal Representative of my sister-in-law's estate I was faced with the task of selling her 5 acre ranch. The house and out-buildings were in need of some attention. After some due diligence, I selected five realtors to interview. During the interview, I asked each realtor to complete a questionnaire and mail or email it to me. Some of the realtors had more experience, some had offices closer to the property, others lived closer to the property and one dealt almost exclusively in small ranches.

But it was Logan who clearly exhibited the best knowledge of the local market and displayed the motivation and attitude that I thought was needed to sell the property in the shortest amount of time. My intuition paid off. The ranch sold for precisely where Logan said it should. He was diligent with respect to monitoring the progress of the contact and closing process.

If I ever need to engage in an another real estate transaction in Lake County or the surrounding areas, Logan will be my first choice again.

I been dealing with this company for a week and honestly I am not thrilled at all. I wanted to give less than 3 stays but I can't blame the staff for them but the company itself really needs to get it's act together
