I got my first set of scrubs from them yesterday and I haven't worn them yet. They appear to be well made and seem like they are good scrubs for a good price. I am giving them 3 stars because I had contacted them concerning shipping times, as it takes a very long time for them to arrive. Customer service was very short with me and I felt like they were rude. They really need to work on this... I seriously feel like the shipping costs are high for it to take so long to get the items. I could have went to wherever and picked them up in the time I was waiting for them.

Poor service and consistency of products. Ordered 3 times but all came with different cutting although sizes ordered are the same. Will not order again.

I've been ordering from RMF Scrubs since 2012 for all of my residents and staff. The scrubs are affordable and of good quality. They are very responsive and their turnaround time is impeccable. I highly recommend them.

Ordered two pair of work shorts over 3 weeks ago. Was told on 3 different occasions that I would receive them on a certain day and all 3 times times passed and no product. Called again today and I was AGAIN assured that my items would be received NEXT week. An entire month to receive an order? Asked for a refund on my shipping since their policy stated I’d receive no later than 13 days, and was told by customer service to send an email to customer service requesting it!? Customer service lacking in this company. Will never use them again.

I came across this site in search for reasonably priced scrubs for work. It took about a month to receive my order but I was happy when it finally did arrive. The quality is great and they dont shrink and havent faded yet it's been over a year. I would order again, I would like to try their scrub dresses and skirts for summer.

BEWARE & STAY AWAY!!! Their return policy is ridiculous! I received my order- the sizes are off- the pockets are so low on the pants, hands barely reach them, the seams don't match up and the scrubs top pocket has a hole!!! Your better off paying full price and getting a better quality scrub! they wanted to charge me $24 to return their defective items!!!

I purchased a product a week and a half in advance and paid for rushed shipping. My product has not shipped yet. The customer service individual tried to blame it on COVID but you can only use that excuse for so long. There are vaccines now. I will not be purchasing anything from here EVER again.
