Called Roadmaster last week and got a quote on some tires for my Motorhome. 6 tires. Also I had some weird wear on my front tires so they also do alignments.

Came in 2 days later for the install and found they had a personnel change so the guy I talked to and was giving me a price match with a veterans discount no longer worked there. Mike at the front desk asked me what was the quote that the first guy gave me and without any hesitation he said okay and honored the price.

After the tire install Devin the mechanic came in and found that I was missing a tie rod sleeve clamp off of the driver side of the tie rod which was very unusual. The manager tried for a few hours to try to get the part however could not get just the sleeve without the whole tie rod and spending extra money. So he recommended that he would order just the sleeve for the minimal price and I return saving a couple hundred dollars.

Next I had them check my parking brake which was not working properly. Devin found that the tensioner cable was broke. He did a temporary fix until they can get the replacement part.

I know they were just doing their job but they took extra care of all my needs to keep me safe on the road! I just really appreciate Roadmaster and the staff and will definitely recommend them and use them for all my motorhome needs!!!

Spoke to the owner he sent a mechanic out to do a diagnostics on my truck. The mechanic was not able to do a force regen on my truck. BUT even though it was late at night road side. The owner did not charge me due to my truck not accepting the force regen. I greatly appreciate the service fast acting definitely will be recommending and using when needed for my equipment.

I received fast and professional service with the staff at Roadmaster.
Their hours are:
Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to NOON
Sunday CLOSED
I came in on a Saturday, when they only had a couple of people working, yet they still treated me as if it were a normal weekday.
I needed service on my 2013 Coachman Leprechaun. They changed my oil, checked my tire wear and pressure, inspected my breaks and checked all the fluids and filters. They even called O'Reilly auto parts and had them deliver the proper filter in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Roadmaster Service Center if you want quality work with courteous and professional staff.

Huge shout out to Colton and team at Roadmaster Service Center in Searcy for saving my trip!!! I was on the interstate coming from Conway going to Illinois and all of a sudden i heard scraping under the car. I pulled over and looked and the bottom "dust cover" had come loose and was dragging on the ground. 17 miles from Searcy driving 41 miles an hour on the interstate I started calling places. This was the second place I called and he gave me directions and said come on over. I made it and they had me fixed up in literally 5 minutes!! Super friendly, fast and efficient!! I'll count that as a blessing, thank you Lord and thank you Roadmaster Sercice Center! If you need any work done definitely check them out!!

Called roadmaster for wrecker service. The rep told me they offered roadside repairs. Explained to them my issue with my rig & within an hour and a half their tech Christian showed up & got to work. He ran up the road to get a new part for my rig & im back turning the wheels. If any drivers are in the Searcy, AR area Roadside will take care of you! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!!!

Great customer services, good prices, and quick work. I was in a bind and needed a trailer tire after everywhere else in the area was closes and these guys stayed late to help me out. Very thankful for their kind act. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I am Not Understanding to change a 20.00 dollar part . Charge of 180.00 just because driver had language barrier.
Even Love’s across charges 60.00 to change it.
