About 3-4 weeks ago I came in to buy 2 vapes that were advertised for 2 for $43. The clerk rung them up separately at $27 a piece instead. This wasn’t noticed until after payment. I brought it to the clerks attention. He said that it was a system error and that he would add the difference to my points instead and that I could get $10 off the next purchase instead. I agreed and today was the day I came to use that offer. I was told that I could not added the discount to my purchase because it was already a deal… I Explained the prior situation and expressed that it doesn’t seem fair to not follow thru. Clerk responded “yea dude I don’t make the rules”. There are plenty of Gas stations that will give you better customer service and lower prices.

Not the best experience in this location went 1 time because I was closer at the time than Oviedo it was around 9-10pm but boy I would rather travel the distance when the customer service is way better in Oviedo!

Went in here for the 2nd time today... the guy working at the time was extremely helpful is recommending a vape juice flavor to me. I really enjoy lemon flavor vape that taste more like a lemon drop candy vs a dessert lemon bar type. He recommended lemon twist pink punch lemonade and man was he spot on! Found my new favorite all day vape juice.

I highly recommend this store!

Friendly and attentive service from Andrew, who was more than happy to answer any questions I had and educated me on products that just like he said were exactly what I needed. Makes me not think twice about spending my money there again.

Store had all shelf levels of a variety of pieces, all the name brands, huge show room, every accessory you could ever need, and the best price to quality ratio for glass I’ve personally seen, compared to other shops in town. I just moved to this side and I’m glad to have them down the street!
