CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE - I came here with my friend because my husband and I wanted to try something new and don’t have a lot of experience. When I got home I asked my husband if he had opened the toy and he said no. I brought it back and told them it was opened and wanted a new one because it was not safe for us to use an opened toy. They said it’s common sense for you to check the item before you leave at a store like this and denied us getting a new sealed one. I asked for a manager and they said no. I asked him if he thought it was kind to treat someone like this that had no experience and was shopping at a store like this for the first time and he ignored me. It’s not about the open toy it’s about treating a fellow gay man one that doesn’t have a lot of experience like this. It’s unkind and a shame. We’re supposed to be a community that takes care of each other I wouldn’t encourage anyone to shop here.

Akeim Ford Has been such a great help at this store. This is the ONLY adult store I purchase items from and it’s because of him. He knows every product on every shelf. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Just left this place and I must say the two new employees are pretty racist the last two guys that worked here were cool but the short bald white guy and the white guy with the straight are the reason this place won’t get my money ever again idk if drugs or they’re truly racist but I won’t be going back
