I had the BEST experience with this Rolex Boutique and my Sales Professional, Alejandro. I first noticed the GMT Master II “Sprite” a year ago in a different Rolex shop where they hardly spoke to me other than to say I would have no chance of buying anything from them. To the contrary, when I walked into the Design District Rolex, Alejandro was welcoming and kind. We spoke for a bit and he told me it would take a while to procure the timepiece I wanted, but he took my information and gave me his so we could stay in touch. We thereafter shared many friendly messages and he remained supportive and hopeful - not making promises but letting me know he would do his best. Well, he did exactly that, and yesterday I got the Sprite! I couldn’t be happier!!! Everyone I encountered at the Design District boutique treated me like a special guest, and the entire experience was fabulous. If you’re looking for a hard to get watch and you’re willing to be patient - go see Alejandro. This location is (I think) #2 in the US and receives a high volume of deliveries. The most unexpected purchase ever. I was just passing by and wanted to ask regarding servicing my current watch and I didn't have any appointment with them.
