Good assortment of merchandise, I wish they would have more options of a basic t-shirt. The champion band shrinks. The staff was friendly and helpful as much as they could be. I wish they offered a military discount like so many other are starting to do now!

First, the bookstore manager is a BOX OF ROCKS, literally. I bought online, then had to return one item. They mailed it back to me. The exact thing I was returning. So, today I drove there, and was in the process of buying $100 worth of stuff and return the $7.99 t-shirt. Box Of Rocks, manager, denied the exchange even with the original receipt. Quote, me, "you can put back all this stuff I was going to buy back and loss money then". Peace-Rollins Alumni 2007

Refused to do a price match or even listen to what I was trying to ask for or say. Everything is extremely marked up. If you do a price match you can math not just with amazon. They will tell you that they only match amazon but that is not the case. Paid $250 for a text book that didn't have the correct material I needed for a course when it was sold on the company website (which by policy they are able to match) for a whopping $165. Service was awful especially as I was greeted with a "what do you want" from the manager. I advise to either price match this bookstore or shop elsewhere. Extremely unorganized as well. Ordered a new calculator for my BioChem course and never received it. I had to keep calling and visiting for 2 months just to be told that they ran out and never got them in.

My mom bought me a sweatshirt hoodie from the bookstore for Christmas. The first time I put it on I noticed it had a pretty good sized hole in it. I literally had it for one minute so I know I couldn’t have caused it. The bookstore would not take it back, even given it was a defect! Waste of a gift and so furious!
