On March 20, 2025, my husband and I visited my local Rooms to Go showroom in Pensacola, FL, in search of new primary bedroom furniture. Upon entering the store, we were promptly greeted by salesperson, Katrina Fowler, or as she goes by, “K”, who provided us with efficient assistance in identifying the type and style of furniture we were looking for. She directed us to the appropriate sections and informed us of her preference for non-pressure sales techniques, allowing us the freedom to browse independently, but available for any questions. After browsing, we found the furniture suit we were interested in but still wanted to look around at the stores for comparison. Katrina furnished us with all the necessary details regarding the desired furniture, along with her contact information, and mentioned she would follow up within a day or two. We left the store confident that we would return to complete the purchase, as we valued both Katrina's sales approach and the beauty and quality of the furniture. After leaving the store, we visited several other local furniture stores. Let me tell you, we were NOT impressed with our experience anywhere else, especially Ashley Furniture, due to the salesperson bombarding us with a million questions, hovering the entire time, and interrupting the opportunity to casually look and talk about what we liked. After leaving that store, we knew nothing else compared to the pleasant experience with Rooms to Go. In contrast, Katrina’s no-pressure sales method, along with her personable and friendly demeanor and overall efficiency secured our business. She went above and beyond with the entire purchase and exceeded expectations, which solidified that she has secured our business as a repeat customer. Julie approached us as we came in. She introduced herself and offered to help us find what we were looking for. She understood that we were just looking and gave us the space to do that. She checked back in on us after we had looked the whole store over. I mentioned what I saw online but didn’t see it on the floor. She knew exactly what it was and showed it to us.
