I went back to the store because their cashier left one of my bags behind their register. They literally treated me like a subhuman. Like I was insane person at their door. I was just politely trying to tell them the merchandise I purchased was inside.

They eventually answered their store phone and told me I could go back in the morning to pick the bag up…. But honestly, I don’t know how they can treat people like that especially in customer service. I could’ve been having an emergency, and they could’ve cared less. Shameful.

This occurred the evening of 2/24. I will not be back after picking up my bag.

New store, nice selection. Allowed unleashed, untrained pet dog in store. The pet dog became aggressive barking and not controlled by the owner management did nothing nor did any other employees very unsafe.

They really need to open up more registers in this place I waited 10 minutes for one item and I told this to lady at the register and she responded with “ right we are hiring “ yeah no offense nobody wants to work for $10 an hour . I expected better from a new Ross that just opened and it’s stupid how they check your receipt when you exit the store .
