I had to do last minute FULL shopping for a black dress, shoes, & accessories for my daughter's 12th grade pinning ceremony. I was so excited and greatful that ROSS had everything, black dress, shoes, & earings, I needed and I DIDN'T EVEN SPEND $55. #LOVE GOOD DEALS

This store is usually understocked and picked through. Compared to the TJ Maxx right next door, the variety is lacking and they seem to have very much less merchandise in general. There was an alarm that kept going off on a pair of shoes and two associates working near that area just continued to ignore it. It was noticeable and frustrating to many shoppers because it could be heard halfway across the store. An older couple actually asked us if it was just them or if we could hear the noise too. Associates at check out were very nice and prices reasonable.

I always find something at Ross! The crew usually mind their business, don't have a problem in here unless the item doesn't have a tag. Depends on the cashier she'll let you get something similar.

Terrible empty shelves don't waste your time not up to par with Ross's on West Coast..... update I went to the mcalla store again on this past Thursday because I went to Burlington again understocked but I did find a picture frame and the cashier heavyset,black woman with long waist length braids was the rudest most hateful cashier ever my card the machine was acting up and as a cashier my I ALWAYS ALWAYS say oops you must have hit a wrong number or wip it off on your shirt but not this lady it said declined at the top of ger lings i said no it's your machine theyres plenty of money in my account and she said clearly not it says declined i said do it again it and it again declined again and loud and obnoxious and I said do it again and it bypass the PIN number and went through She didn't hand me my receipt or my bag and turned her back on me She needs to be fired and never work with the public again cuz she's a rude hateful person fire this heifer

Tajiana, the cashier was amazing. Not one of her co worker came to assist and she was the only cashier. She worked 2 cashier stands simultaneously to assist customers. One person came and ask if she needed assistance but left thereafter even thought she called for assistance. Tajiana kept a beautiful smile in spite of the circumstances. There were approximately 20 people in line.
