Just have say Jodi was wonderful!!! She took the time to show me the equipment and made sure that it worked right for me and was in the correct settings as a doctor requested. Unlike the other place (alliance) that gave me used equipment. I had to take it back three times to alliance because it wasn’t working and obviously the settings weren’t right, because last night after getting new equipment from Rotech and Jodi set me up with my new machine, got it all dialed in. I slept through the night with no problems.!! I sure hope people find out that a sleep apnea Machine isn’t so bad if the person that’s setting it up for you does it correctly.. than Rotech team !!! I am so grateful for all you help..

We worked with Rotech for a few months this year. Jody was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about the PAP products and was helpful each visit. The rest of the staff we interacted with were okay…just not as friendly as Jody.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. My doctor ordered a new biPAP machine for me on february 4th, because mine broke in January. They still have not called me about how I can pick it up. I have called approximately 8 times in the last 2 weeks and I am told someone will call me back and they don't. I even had my doctor call yesterday. I am very fatigued and I am starting to have trouble with my thyroid again because of not getting proper oxygen at night. No one seems to care. I'm not sure what my next step will be.

Jody is EXTREMELY knowledgeable! She did a great job solving my problems and did so with genuine interest. She is obviously motivated to help people. Add to that the fact she's got a great sense of humor, and I couldn't ask for a better person!
