I've been to plenty of dealerships to buy vehicles and this was definitely one of the best dealers I've worked with. Adam English was my sales person and he was awesome, they arnt pushy with the usual dealer stuff and are quick to explain things you may not understand. They immediately gave me a fair trade value and a great price on this truck. Overall a great sales staff here ready to give you a great experience.

Got a really good deal on a brand new 2024 Ford Ranger with the help of Emmett Philpot (whom I highly recommend). This is the second time in three years that I get a vehicle from this dealer. Definitely worth the drive.

I’m not usually one to leave a negative review, but I feel this is necessary. I had been communicating with a salesman for several days and even scheduled an appointment to view, and most likely purchase the car, as I already had financing secured. I then drove two hours from Tallahassee, only to arrive and be told the car had been sold the night before.

I understand that car sales operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but my issue is with the complete lack of communication. No one informed me that the car had been sold, despite knowing I was making a long trip with the intent to buy. Additionally, at no point was I offered the option to place a deposit or told that others were interested.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Hopefully, others have better luck, but I can’t recommend this dealership based on my experience.

My wife loves her blacked out 2024 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went into the store find the right car and my sales guy Levi found exactly the car I wanted in Miami and brought it up to Lake City. Stephen Jones General Manager and Mike Kelley finance / sales manager worked very hard to get this car into my budget. Highly recommend doing business with them.

This will be long but your going to want to read it. I wish i didnt even have to pick a star!

THE WORST! Ill try to keep this as brief as possible but they are by far the worst dealer I have EVER experienced in my life. I purchased a car ( 2022 Nissan Altima) from them in Oct 2023. 1 month of me having the car, the driver passenger side window regulator was coming out of the window. No biggie I have a manufactures warranty, so Rountree informed me to take it to Nissan, which I did. Nissan ordered the part, I came back they put the part on but I was also hearing a ticking in my driver window. He looks at it said my regulator was on the verge on going out now on the driver front also. For 3 months they would get regulators in and try to put the part on but the bolt pattern was not matching up. ( tech thought the warehouse as sending the wrong part) Finally after my 4th trip up there the Tech informed me the wrong year door was on the drive side. I was shocked and took it to Rountree, there was no mention on the car fax report of any damage to the driver side of the car. For the past 7 months they have tried to put me off, ignored me, and just not do anything. Even came to my job, picked up the car to have it inspected by one of their techs, with them picking it up and needing it for the whole day I asked if I could have the oil changed since it would already be there. Was told of course, no problem. When they dropped the car back off that same day around 5:30 pm the oil wasn't changed and nobody could give me any info on what was decided. Went back the next day to see why the oil wasn't changed and I still haven't heard anything about this door. Got a half behind apology that was the only explanation " Im sorry" . After going back and fourth and doing my own research I found out the model of my car ranges from 2019- 2024. So needless to say my warranty does not cover parts on anything but 22'. Since that is the year for the car. Finally got an appointment, since my warranty is Null and void at this time with the wrong parts and door. Rountree says bring it to them and they will solve the problem. I was very direct and explained to them I want the correct year door on the car. My warranty is useless which is why I purchased the car in the first place. He insured me they would get it taken care of, and handle the oil change. When I got the car back I first notice there was a different tire on the drive front now. Continentals where on all 4, now there's a Bridgestone on the front driver with a DOT of 2019, no explanation for that, then I was informed they could not replace the door. It was to expensive.

Lets fast forward to today. Not only is the drive door the wrong year, the driver passenger is also the wrong year. Now as I drive down the road it alerts me that the door is opened/closed and beeps the entire time. I don't feel it is safe for anybody to ride in the back, let alone my children . I attempted to email the GM, no response. No surprise there. I don't want anyone to ever have to deal with what I have dealt with it. I traded a PERFECT truck in, to get completely screwed by these people. If i can help from keeping others get scammed, that's ALL the matters.

-2 wrong year doors
- driver tire taken during oil change - never replaced
- manufacture warranty - null and void

(sorry if there are errors, I'm sure anybody can understand my frustration)

These people are LIARS (Bryan Grafton and Jesse Somervell)!!!

Carfax and CarGurus were advertising a 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve with less than 58,000 miles.

On March 27th, 2025, I reached out to this dealership via CarGurus message app. Jesse Somervell immediately replied. We exchanged seven (7) emails wherein I stated that I would be traveling all the way from northeast FL to see the above vehicle. Jesse made me feel at easy and comfortable.

On March 28th, 2025, again Jesse and I exchanged six (6) more emails to confirm my driving down and what time to expect me. I even stated that I would arrive earlier because I had rearranged my work schedule.
About 30 minutes before arriving at the dealership, I sent one more email to Jesse stating that ETA was 1:35 pm; he responded:

"Yes ma'am see you soon!

After traveling 89 miles, one way, to see and purchase said vehicle, we walked in and were pointed to Jesse.
After brief pleasantries, Jesse stated something to the effect of "ripping of the band aid..." and that THE CAR HAD JUST SOLD!!!!!!!

I stated that he knew we were coming down and traveling far, why didn't he advise me on the last email, instead of typing: "...see you soon....:

Jesse started to barrage me with the fact that he didn't have my phone number, which is correct. BUT, we communicated 13 times via email, WHICH IS ALL IN WRITING..., and he had always been very prompt in responding. He continued by stating that he didn't know if I was serious or not and that a lot of people say that they will show up, but they do not. Well, if after the 13 emails Jesse and I exchanged, Jesse was still not sure about my honest and true intentions, perhaps Jesse should take a look at his evil soul; in addition, some Psychology One of One books should also help him develop that "6th sense"!!!

Apologies were given, but there's nothing more bitter than fake apologies.

This situation developed because there were absolutely misleading intentions to begin with, on the side of Jesse Somervell, Bryan Grafton and the Roundtree Moore Ford dealership, which represent an American brand, Ford/Lincoln.

We were given a choice to look around for something else! Were they kidding me Before we traveled, I had exchanged an email with Jesse asking him about how many keys, if there was a code for keyless entry and if the navigation system was up to date to which Jesse responded again, very promptly. Here is what he said:

"Good Morning Lilia,
1) I am going to go look for a second key. I am not too worried about that though. I can solve that pretty easily.
2) Yes ma'am we do pull the codes for the keyless entry!
3) Yes ma'am the nav is up to date!
I look forward to seeing you a little later!

I have all the back and forth communication, black and white versus a phone call that can be perceived as "He said, She said..."; all the communications via email are my proof!

With the above stated, "they" gave us a full tank of gas for our trouble!!!

And to add assault to the injury, today, March 29, 2025 at 2:22 pm, I received an email from Bryan Grafton stating:

"Hey Lilia
I hope your day is going well! Just reaching out to apologize for your experience you had with us yesterday, sincerely.
If I can ever help you in the future just let me know.

The managers of this dealership should take a deep look at what their employees are doing because as of today, March 29, 2025 at 9:03 pm, the advertisement for said Lincoln MKX is still up and running with Carfax and CarGurus!

I recently purchased a 2022 F-150 from Roundtree Moore Ford. I had a great experience from start to finish. My Salesperson, Wesley Oliver was exceptional and made my experience super easy.
