I recently started looking for my next vehicle. My Subaru Outback has been an excellent ride but it’s 11 yrs old and I bought the entry level model with no technology. I found a great price online on a fully loaded 2021 Crosstrek at Rountree Moore Nissan in Lake City and figured there must be something wrong with it. I spoke to Dallas, who was very kind and professional. We took the short trip yesterday to see the vehicle. Anthony showed us the vehicle and was so knowledgeable about the car, its history and all of its features. My test drive was so impressive and the car looked exactly as described. I never leave bad reviews and I hate to do this but we recently purchased a used BMW from here and unfortunately within less than 24hrs we had a very bad blowout on the interstate due to the wires on both front tires being visible. We had to get towed back to GA and pay for 2 new tires and an alignment without even making it home . We finally got in touch with someone to see how they handle this situation and they promised to pay for the cost of the tires and the tow, I gave them a little over a month before trying to reach back out but I’m not getting any replies back. I kinda figured they were blowing smoke since I was from outta town but I wanted to see if they were gonna do the right thing. Buying a new car from here great, buying used from here make sure you do your own due diligence unlike me and do a detailed inspection.

The whole process was a nightmare. I was disrespected, not listen too. It’s almost been a month and the paperwork still hasn’t been transferred to the lien holder when I call and leave a message. I never get a call back if I was you I would go to any Nissan dealer than this one. I’ve tried to work with them and with no resolution.. if I could’ve left a zero performance, I would, but there’s no choice for that.
