A super huge shout out to Adam who is the best car salesman I’ve ever met! Rountree Ford is a lovely establishment and they rocked the sales process. I really was in-and-out, and I left with the biggest smile this side of the Mason Dixon line. I and everyone who has seen it, love my new convertible!! Gorgeous and hi-tech, it is worth every penny.

This dealership has mostly very good people. But as so many places, they have that few that should be working for someone else. I bought a ford f150 2 years ago and was not informed my warranty was covered by a third party company. This process charged roughly $8000 dollars to the purchase of my truck. I was not made aware of any details or given any paperwork of this third party warranty. This warranty included oil changes. When I went back to the dealer where I bought the truck for my first oil change, they had no record of my $8000 third party warranty so I had to pay for that oil change. The very next day when cranking the truck it had a very loud clacking noise when starting, like an oil problem. The check engine light came on. I stopped at auto zone to get the code checked. There test was code P0022 a Variable timing oil control valve. In a few days the light went out and the noise continued. Now a different dealer could see I do have that $8000 warranty but will not connect the noise to the oil change and want to charge me $250 deductible to even look at the problem. I have information they did not use the correct oil in this truck. They don’t care because they only get paid $34 for a $100 oil change from the third party company. This is totally terrible that Ford Motor Company does not care what these dealers do to these vehicles because of money that was agreed to when made. Please don’t pay those charges for warranty when buying a used vehicle. If this was owned by the original owner, it would be covered by Ford. This is so wrong and to me constitutes stealing.

If you have to get your Ford fixed (oil change, etc.), ASK FOR DANIELLE! She treats you like family! She even calls you to let you know the status of your auto. The last time we took our Maverick in, we thought we'd had to leave it overnight. We didn't! That's because Danielle really pushed it through for us. I know Danielle doesn't work on the auto's herself, but she is an AMAZING WOMAN! 😍

Bobby the service writer was amazing!

Our 2020 Ford F350 needed a new transmission replacement due to a recall. When we brought it to this dealership when we moved into the area of Lake City, Bobby was the service writer who was assigned to our truck and was very professional and courteous and got our vehicle taken care of right away.

He did everything he said he was going to do, and the vehicle was even dropped off to us at our home once it was finished.

We are very happy to have found a dealership where we feel comfortable getting our vehicle serviced. Thank you Bobby

I own several vehicles of varying makes, so I interact with multiple service advisors and Anna is the most professional of the lot. She explains points thoroughly, in a pleasant manner and kept me informed throughout the service/repair process.
