I love this place. Deb is knowledgeable and doesn’t suffer fools as you can see from some of these reviews. I know when I go there she will help me find the correct parts I need for my job. Some of these reviewers don’t understand, it’s not their job to fix your plumbing or tell you how to do it. Don’t be a cheap mf and pay a professional or go to Home Depot and waste some more of your time doing it wrong. Huge selection of repair parts and knowledgeable staff.

Was there had one of the parts I need, on the other I showed him a picture and described exactly what I need, a 1.25” 90 degree elbow and he just sarcastically told me you need a plumber and walked away. Was not happy with the attitude at all

HIGHLY SUGGEST CHANGING THE LADY WORKING ON THE RECEPTION. After all she is the face of the place (not the blonde one). THE LADY WAS GRUMPY, UNHELPFUL AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHIN ABOUT ANYTHING. SHE REQUIRED HELP FROM HER PEERS, DID NOT KNOW HOW TO LOOK UP AN ITEM. UNINTERESTED IN MAKING A SALE. IF I WERE THE OWNER I WOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER REMOVING THAT STAFF MEMBER.

Not novice friendly!

I came here hoping to get some help finding valves for my shower, while I did get the valves I needed it was an uphill battle. I don't know plumbing, however I do know my shower is leaking and I do know which part to replace... But that's about it, I needed help finding the correct valve as they all look alike to me (a brass body with a stem coming out of it, to which the shower handles attach). I explained my ignorance to Debbie, and set my old valves on the desk and said "I need two of these" she responds with "just the stem?" I respond "I don't know, I want this whole piece" as I'm holding and showing it to her, she comes back with "you want the whole rebuild kit?" I said "I don't know what the kit includes, I just want to replace this valve" again holding it and pointing right at the valve, she finally says "do you want the handles and everything?" to which I responded "no just the valve". She walks away and comes back with the valves I needed less than one second later. Why did we have so many back and fourths, if it was that easy to match the valve I was showing her?

While waiting my turn in line, I noticed the lady who helped me as she was helping other customers. She did the same dance with them short aggressive questions that put you down rather then figure out how to help.

One of the guys had cash in hand, they were talking about a bunch of stuff and every question he had was responded to like she hated this person. I'm not sure what the guy was thinking, but his money went back into his wallet and he left.

Customer service is seriously lacking, don't bother asking questions here, it'll be a hassle.

I had to deal with a headache of a job with my local plumber and I ended up going to Roy Davis to purchase the parts myself (so I wouldn't get hit with a huge mark up from the plumbing company) I was given wrong specifications and ended up having to return to Roy Davis twice to get the proper water heater I needed. Mr. Davis himself ended up coming to greet me and working with me in order to facilitate my experience. He was a true gentleman. It's so rare to encounter an honest, straightforward, and polite business owner. His customer service representative JC was also very helpful. 5 stars hands down!

I would not recommend this place at all! The lady with the drawn on eyebrows was very rude. When I walked up with a shower drain in my hand she shook her head and tried to walk off as if i was bothering her.... like excuse me for coming into your store ready and willing to spend my money...I left and went to Home Depot right next door and got the help I needed. I like supporting small business but this place sucks and will never go back there.... customer service is awful.

When you walk into a store early in the morning and there is no customers and the raggedy female of the store just look at you, and you say good morning, how are you and she just stared back at you and finally say what do you need, you know the customer service truly SUCKS.

I had a piece of the garden valve that I need it with me and as soon as I took it out she told me, you need to whole piece, I showed her a picture and asked her what is the best way to remove the piece from the pipe and she told me "CALL A PLUMBER". The reason I went to the plumbing store was to avoid the outrageous price plumber charges.

I don't mind if at the end the results would have been the same, but with courtesy you can go to the end of the world. I will and can never recommend this store to anyone.

I am sure the 5 stars givers are either plumbers who get their stuff there and have the same attitude, or the same people from the store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
