Been visiting Royal Oaks Plaza since the late 1990s and it’s been a solid staple to the miami lakes community. Strong tenants, breakfast, lunch, dinner, grocies, banks, everything you need in one place.

They have kept it up perfectly. And I’ll post pictures later this week when i visit mayors cafe for breakfast.

The layout is terrible in this parking lot, door dings are a commodity because of the tight spaces. Aside from that drainage is non-existent and takes OVER ONE HOUR for the parking lot to somewhat drain. You can’t access the stores here whatsoever if it rains. I don’t think you should have to take off your shoes or circle a parking lot a million times to be able to access a location. In some areas the water goes ABOVE your calf. Absolutely ridiculous!! It has been like this for years and the landlord/property manager has done nothing to remedy the situation, even though they are aware of it, I’m assuming due to not wanting to shell out the money to fix it. WE LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA, it’s always RAINING. Fix the parking lot problems please.

This plaza is so sufficient it has everything you can possibly need on a daily activity. I have restaurants and have bars, liquor, stores, jewelry, grocery stores, banks, massage, parlors, gas station, car, wash, and culture.
