Today 12/19/2024 I had such a terrible experience from one of the associates while I went in to return some water heater hoses. Right when I entered the associate was already in a bad mood and I informed him I had two hoses I would like to return that I had purchased a month or two back. They're system for processing purchases was down at the time so me along with other customers had to leave them with our card information along with other persal information so they could process the charges at their convenience. The associate today accosted me along with my father accusing us of theft and stealing saying he was the one that processed our payment and didn't charge us for both the hoses only one of the hoses (when in fact they did) and never emailed us any receipts either, so finally after waiting more than 15 minutes he supposedly refunded us the hose. So rude, unprofessional, and no customer service skills.

We remodeled the bathrooms and came to Rubensteins for the hardware. The local neighborhood place has it all in the remodeling your home department. Been coming here for years for screws, hardware, and tools... Everything. Better than the big box orange store 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

Unfriendly, service was not helpful unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Staff seem like they have attitudes and don't want to help each other when there's a problem.

Went here instead of the Big Box stores and regretted it. I won't be back, and don't recommend anyone else bother coming here.
