Super cute store, but we had the occasion to go in there twice this last Saturday, August 10 and the woman in there barely acknowledged we even were in the store. The first time I was with my son and grandson we literally walked the entire store and she never even lifted her head to look at us, so of course we didn’t buy anything and the second time my wife took our daughter and daughter-in-law in there, and the customer service was Nonexistent.

This is a superb little boutique that I discovered several years ago after stopping in Edwards for coffee on my way down to Denver. I was intrigued by all the little shops on Main and was so enamored with Ruby Jane I think I laid down around $400 during my 1st experience there.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. A few days ago I noticed that one of the leather jackets I'd been eyeing was marked down 20%. I called right away to ask if they had a small in stock of the Peonie Floral Moto Jacket. When the saleswoman said they had 2 size smalls, AND that she could hold one for me for a couple of days I was ecstatic! As soon as the store opened this morning I waltzed right on in to try it on. The jacket was even more stunning in person and fit nicely. For reference I am 5'1" and range anywhere from 95-100 lbs. I have purchased both XS and S in these jackets, and both fit beautifully! The Mauritius brand of leather jackets are so buttery soft, they are must haves ladies! This is the 2nd one that I have purchased from Ruby Jane. Thank you again for keeping me stylish, and many thanks for your most excellent customer service!
