I just recently moved to Hudson, FL and I have visited so many coffee shops trying to find one I like and I have fell in love with RULU. It is a 30 minute drive for me and I make it almost daily. It also led me to The Chapel which has been a blessing to my husband and I so far. Great staff. They remembered my name very quickly and address me by name and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work ❤️

I decided to give this place a second chance after they responded to my initial review. Unfortunately, the coffee this time wasn’t great. It was far too milky for my liking, and it barely tasted like pumpkin pie. For that reason, I’ve reduced my food rating to three. However, I’ve increased the service rating to five because they took the time to reach out after my first review.

Initial Review:

I tried the pumpkin pie iced latte with whole milk, and it was great. However, the service was not the best, as the staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. The place itself is nice, with ample seating and an open concept. It’s located next to a church. I visited around 3 pm, but the place was crowded with high schoolers, so it wasn’t the best time to relax and enjoy a coffee.

RULU is a breath of fresh coffee beans when it comes to finding a great coffee shop. Attached to a church Rulu emits a unique modern-day feel to a coffee shop style.
It's worth a visit from the design and decor alone. Every pour is of phenomenal quality I couldn't help myself from ordering something else off the menu as well.
Starting with a perfectly handcrafted cappuccino and then finishing with a quite interesting nitro brew next, both of these brews were of pure quality. The prices are considerably fair for today. Instantly something I've come to love about this place. 😊
This has become one of my favorite top 3 brew spots of Trinity.
Anyone reading in need of perfect bean juice should stop here.

Prettiest drink I have had in a while, and delicious. I had a similar latte at another local coffee shop and it was way too sweet. I prefer the Rulu drinks that have a nice balance of flavors. The service is always good, and the atmosphere is calm and comfy.

So wonderful to enjoy a delicious pumpkin spice latte at RULU! The motif and aesthetics of this innovative coffee shop is extraordinary! I greatly appreciate the friendly barista and her recommendations! I love a cozy coffee shop that I can just enjoy a quiet moment to myself and feel relaxed as opposed to some coffee shops are so loud and there aren’t enough places to sit down… This was a gem to find! From the menu of coffee choices, delicious treats and the very tasty chicken salad on a croissant coupled with my coffee was so convenient since I didn’t have to stop somewhere and get lunch; furthermore, the ambiance in the church was so inviting! RULU sets very high standards and showcases exemplary customer service! I am a coffee connoisseur and I visit multiple coffee shops so I always appreciate beautiful latte art! ⛪️☕️🤍🤎☕️🤎 Thank you!!

I cannot tell you, ever since I visited Florida it has been near impossible to find quality matcha that is made correctly in any cafe I have visited, specifically in Tarpon Springs. It took us coming here to rulu to have a great cup of matcha, made perfectly! Pricing is great and the atmosphere is lovely. Came for the matcha, stayed for Jesus ✨
