Chuck, Robin and the rest of the staff at the gun barn in Zephyrhills Florida are the most nicest and very informative people i have ever dealt with in all my firearms purchases. They are very kind and understanding to everyone, I feel they are a vital part of the success of the team in that area, I would not hesitate in sending friends and family to them for all their firearms purchases. Went to look at the Sig 320, ended up leaving with the Springfield Hellcat. Compact, perfect for personal carry. They could use more employees in that area, as the time spent was way longer than it should have been. And price-wise, I don’t think you can beat them. Will definitely be going back!

Gun selection is Great and I am a HUGE fan of this RK Store- BUT the employees in the gun dept are THE WORST! It’s almost like they don’t want to sell any guns. Rude, deliberately slow, and turn you away after 8pm, even though they are there till 9.
Please don’t use this to grade the rest of the store as the regular store team and management there are great. The gun dept manager and staff NEED TO BE REPLACED.

I went to RK in Zephyrhills, FL to purchase a hand gun, feeling a little apprehensive as it was my 1st time buying a gun. "Chuck" was there to assist me I told him that I was a 1st time buyer and I wanted something small and female friendly and that I had a recommendation from a friend to come to RK to get a 380, he agreed with the choice and showed me various models of the 380 and explained each one in detail, also answered all of my questions regarding each of the guns. I chose the Smith & Wesson Body Guard 380 9mm Short. I also got his opinion on ammo, ammo for the shooting range, concealment holster and classes, what to bring to the shooting range etc.
I highly recommend RK Zephyrhills, FL and "Chuck" as he is a Superb Employee.
Thank you "Chuck" you made my 1st time gun purchase a memorable experience.
Your Patience, Time and Experience goes a long way in my book.

Love the guns they have in their ads but they never have any of them in stock and it's hell to try to get them to ship something to their store from another store.
