This is an unfortunate situation:

I bought a dress shirt from S Brannon Clothing for $180 a few days ago. I was offered to try on the shirt. Thereafter, I decided to purchase the shirt and was offered for it to be ironed before I paid. I agreed for that. I NEVER CONSENTED/AGREED/SUGGESTED/APPROVED FOR THE TAGS TO BE REMOVED OR CUT OFF PERMANENTLY.

2 days after I bought the brand new shirt, I went back to the shop for a return and refund of said item.

This is where the issue is:
Steve indicated that I cannot return the item because the tags are removed/cut and he cannot resell the brand new item. He indicated that it would be a $165 loss for him.

My next question is what about me? I have to take the loss because of this? Again, I reiterate that I NEVER CONSENTED/AGREED/SUGGESTED/APPROVED FOR THE TAGS TO BE REMOVED OR CUT OFF PERMANENTLY. No tags/stickers/anything were given back to me after it was cut off without my knowledge and agreement.

Better yet, Steve said: "if I know that there’s any chance of you returning the item, I wouldn't have remove the tag." But seriously? How would I know that I would need to return the BRAND NEW UNUSED item?

Honestly, I'm disappointed and quite upset! I will never visit, and if you do please check if they cut your tags without you knowing.

Mr. Steven is the absolute man. I went suit shopping on Thursday and need a suit for a wedding by Saturday. Not only did he help me in suit etiquette, he also was so knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Steven helped me look absolutely sharp. I can not think him enough and will buy suits at his shop only from now on.
