My Spanish-speaking neighbors have reported feeling deceived regarding their lottery winnings, which is deeply distressing.
The night clerk consistently alters the prices of cigarettes without prior notice, and I have, on multiple occasions, experienced being shortchanged. There appears to be a disturbing pattern in which he specifically targets vulnerable seniors who are not proficient in mental dexterity, presumably viewing these individuals through a biased lens that considers them uneducated or backward. This dangerous mentality contributes to an environment in which help-less seniors with no transportation may feel compelled to accept imposed charges or risk facing hostility and aggression if they express disagreement. I am a witness to this treatment and was personally humiliated and verbally threatened by the nite clerk.

Under Florida statute 825-101-103, it's essential that federal, state, and local governments address these pressing issues to ensure that all senior American customers receive equitable treatment and respect, irrespective of their backgrounds. Citizens are encouraged to report predatory practices

Hour of operation are not at all correct. Closed on all days of week posted below supposed to be open show up and they are closed 15 minutes if not more before hand. Not to mention I was over charged on buying smokes. For two packs when only bought one. Avoid at all cost drive the extra bit to racetrack up the road. Get all your needs there at one stop! Customer service is a joke…

Great store but your hours of operation is incorrect.
You also have a guy there who over charges you for things. Got a dollar drink and he tried to charge me for 5 and told me he couldn’t refund my money.
Went in for cigarettes and and charged me double I caught him that time before I paid.
Brought my children in for there after school snack and drink he charged me for two of each items and again no refund. GET HIM OUTTA THERE BEFORE YOUR REGULARS LEAVE

They're prices are getting ridiculous! They may be up charging people because when I have to pay with food stamps the prices go down!! You shouldn't have to tell them you're paying with food stamps before they enter prices into the Register!

Owner and staff is very disrespectful..Double charges your account and says they didnt do..I was charged 16.36 on my account and owner says it wasnt his store..mind you it was on 8/31\2019..Maybe they need the money to survive during the hurricane..I will never go back..BTW..make sure you all grab your reciepts after your purchases..

If you are going toput it on your website that you're closing at 9 p.m. then maybe you should close at 9 p.m. instead of having people drive out of their way to come to you store the waste not only their time but their gas.
