I have been in the store three times now and definitely will be going back, especially based on my experience today! I brought in a pair of boots that I did not purchase there and they were so willing and helpful to stretch them! No one tried to sell no one tried to talk me into getting anything else. They were just so amazing and helpful with exactly what I wanted! That makes me want to go back and actually buy things from a store! We have purchased boots there for my husband and they were great about that as well!

I bought a Serratelli cowboy hat from their Mesa location (now closed) in 2012. It needed reshaping, so I gave Saba's a call when they opened today. They said they could knock it out, and to give them a 30-minute warning so they could get the iron hot.

I arrived a few hours later and a young lady that has worked there for a little over a year offered to clean it and reshape it. I took her up on the offer and shopped around the store while I waited. In short order, she got it shaped and cleaned up like new!

I was sad to learn that this Chandler location was the first, and now the last, Saba's. I'll keep patronizing them as long as they are around! Thanks again!!

Went to get my hat re shaped and they so called had a “good hat shaper” asked for a jb brim he didn’t know what it was? Then asked for a minnick he also didn’t know what it was had to show a picture and he left it all crooked. Good hats just not a good hat shaper

Wanted to shop and support small business FIRST (since we are small business owners our self) so drove from QC here. Absolutely no help from anyone. The store was completely empty. We had no idea where anything was as it was our first time inside. We weren’t even greeted by the two associates. Luckily we were able to find a shoe measuring tool and did it ourselves but decided to leave and took our shoe sizes over to Boot barn where they were extremely helpful. The entire time inside all we could hear was their gossip/drama between the associates. A little greet could go a long way. $$$

Awful awful awful!!! Purchased a pair of Corral boots and they just told us to call the mfr and ship it back to them ourselves. The bottom of the boots were coming out. Nothing about. There anything else you would like? Nothing! Will NEVER buy here again. I would warn the public to do the same.

There were two ladies that helped me and were very kind, and delightful. Very phenomenal experience I had. Wish they still had the other location I use to shop at more so than this one, but overall I was very satisfied.

I've been wanting to purchase a Stetson 'Open Road' for a long time and Saba's carries them. My wife and I went in there so I could try a couple on, find my size, and the color I want. The younger gentlemen who was "helping" us, seemed totally annoyed and bothered by me wanting to try on hats - and would give me this smug look whenever I asked a question. I believe in being nice to everyone - it doesn't cost anything. I told my wife that I changed my mind and we left (she even mentioned how rude they were to us). I ended up ordering the hat online. Just a tiny bit of hospitality and they would have had my $200.
