I just left your boutique with an item I purchased on Oct 24, wear it on Oct 26 and the pants ripped. I was told there is no store credit or exchange because I wear the item, not sure how I could go around not wearing it. I've purchased a few items from this boutique before and would have been a repeat consumer , however based on your business practice I would not return or recommend this boutique again . Owner unwilling to give store credit or any solution, just a too bad.

My experiences with this boutique was very friendly and helpful customer service. I recently moved in the area about 8 months ago and I don't like shopping or looking for clothing its exhausting to me!!!! I rather sew but I don't do that much either anymore.
I visited yesterday 09/09/2021 and this
Boutique has some cute clothing. The few times I was shopping, I was ask what I was looking for and I shared which type of outfit I was searching for, she selected a couple of pieces. I like tried on, paid and I was done. I really like the assistance given. The store is neat, clean and organized. I will be calling the store today to see if some more clothes came in I have a all black wedding to attend this evening and my dress I ordered from somewhere has not been delivered yikes.

I visited the location in bellflower where I always frequently tend to. I recently purchased a flowing back out dress. I grabbed the small and the attendant in the store suggested that I get a medium. So I did. I got home hung the dress up. Then later decided to wear it. I tried it on and the dress was way too big hanging in the buttock area very low. So I make an attempt to go exchange it for a smaller size. I was told the return policy is 8 days. I’m trying to exchange, not return. Wasn’t allowed to.
This made me somewhat disappointed Bey g that I’ve been a customer at Sabrak for over 15 years. I still have some beautiful pieces in my closet from them. But if this is how the exchange policy will be. I
May have to seek elsewhere to find pieces to purchase.

Mann! They're extremely in the know with fashion and have curvy sizes!! Ms. Brittany was truly helpful! I'll be back for sure! If the same owner with store on Manchester and Crenshaw, I hope they changed staff there! Last time I was there couple years back before pandemic, 2 of the most rude unprofessional young ladies I've met! Haven't been back since!

I just have to say that your store is truly amazing and beautiful! I pass by it almost everyday and i just wish i can go inside and buy everything!!! I have stage 4 breast cancer right now (I’m only 24) and I’m losing a lot of weight from the chemo and I told myself once I’m feeling better that i will go inside your shop and purchase something! I’m hoping to spend my birthday in vegas in October so hopefully i can find something perfect for that occasion but i know i will! Just want to say i love your style and choices of color and cannot wait to finally walk inside your store! Hoping for tomorrow but chemo side effects are pretty bad right now

I loved it! I have drove past thid boutique for a while..i saw a dress they had on insta & came to get. Of course it was gone...but i got some really cute stuff despite. Plus the ladies were friendly & helpful. Loved the interaction. Thank u.
