Since the parking lot!, we have a sales man reaching at us. You can tell they work by commission, every 5 steps someone trying to "help" without even see what they have. Till the point id feel overwhelmed with the "satellites" around 2 of us. Even when we split.

I always thought Saks was a high-end store but recent experiences from myself, friends and most importantly, my boss has led me a down totally different path of my belief system of high-end clothing stores. He ordered a $300 computer bag and was charged three times for it on his credit card. That is 900.00 folks. No one at Saks seems to care about the situation nor the monetary damage this could do to someone if they were not financially stable. Thank God my boss is. But think about if this was you and you splurged to get a $300 computer bag and got charged for it three times, the store knew about it and never contacted you and now that you've been in contact with him they treat you as if you are not important and they have no compassion or do not care. My boss spends hundreds of dollars per week with Sacks but that ended today. Nor will I no longer be purchasing my fragrances and my other Splurge items from this place. That's all I can think of to call it because calling it by name is painting what it embodied to begin with.

Let me start off by saying I wasn't sure why I decided to go to Saks that day!? I think it was because I was meeting a friend for happy hour and I needed to kill some time. It didn't take me long though, as I was basically in and out of this store in less than 20 mins. ? I walked through the whole store and I promise you only 1 1/2 person LOL asked me did I need some help.? It was simply quite an erie experience. ? Most of the sales people were not even looking around. I thought they were the mannequins!I looked at them all as I made my way to the front door. They didn't move or blink an eye! ? I probably wouldn't have felt some kind of way, if I couldn't have afforded anythng in here! ? Needless to say, I will not be going back in there- periodt. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!?

The associates are very attentive and the store is always clean. It is never crowded even at Christmas.

Greg and Judy ( from the fragrance department when you first walk in) were extremely helpful,detail oriented, very patient, attentive, and extremely welcoming. They knew exactly what to offer me once they found out what scents me and my girlfriend naturally gravitate to. Their customer service was excellent and I will definitely be back to shop with them again!
