Always clean and fairly well staffed. Staff are always nice. My gripes would be that it's really cramped in the store, and the prices are fairly high - except key cutting (can get a spare key for like $3 usually, for like a home)

I needed to fix my sink, I'm female & know nothing. "Larry" came to help & he was wonderful, explaining what my boyfriend needed to do & what to buy. I can't imagine better service. Yes, Home Depot may be slightly cheaper, but try to get help there? Service @ Ace is always great. Thank you Ace!

This location always focuses on customer service. In all the years I've been coming to this location, I have not ONCE had a bad experience. Every staff member is always polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They also have harder to find items used in older homes.
The prices are a little higher. But I'm happy to pay them for the convenience and better customer experience.

They might not have everything but they do have a very good selection or stuff that's is necessary. All of the staff is very helpful and nice and they know what they are talking about if not the person your talking to they person will get another employee that does. And it doesn't take 30 mins. to wait to get help. Just wish the hours were longer in the evening.But I'll trade that for knowledge and kindness any day!

Came in last week with the wife for some paintbrushes, mind you an hour before closing. They had all the plants and what not from outside blocking the aisles 😡 it was a freaking maze just to get to the brushes! An hour before closing!

It's always been quick and easy, in and out. Everyone there is very friendly and Very helpful. Prices are good even better if you have a Rewards Card. I was Also very surprised that they expand the store sales floor and had a lot more to offer. I had to walk the whole store. They had something for every home needs. Great Place.
