I originally left a completely different review expressing my frustrations with Salinas Honda, but a couple days after that a salesman named Luis reached out to me asking about my frustrations and what he could do to help. Since then, this has been 100% a 5 star experience thanks to Luis. I’m from Ga so there is a 3hr time difference, he’s talked to me all day on his day off and multiple hours before he went in on the day after, sent pictures, answered every question and been an absolute pleasure to work with. I ended up purchasing the truck (well 99% purchased, waiting on the last few things to clear) but couldn’t wait any longer to do a complete 180 on my review thanks to him. Does yourself a favor, ask for Luis and he will for sure take care of you.

Salesman Omar was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable with cars on the lot and answered all my questions about the different cars I was interested in. He helped me find the car I needed and was very patient throughout the process. I had a budget I wanted to stay in and he was able to help me find a new car that worked for me. We test drove a few cars and almost bought a beautiful new car. But ultimately I wanted to replace what I had and we didn't want to go back into a long term loan and we walked away. If I ever buy a Honda it will be from Salinas Honda. I wish I could remember the 2 men that assisted us to say great things about them. True be told there are some days I tell my hubby we should just bought the new Honda CRV it was beautiful and a smooth drive.
