I really am not sure what all the negative reviews are about... I have been on Saline County Water for 2.5 years and haven't had one single problem. They have auto draft, email you a statement, email again before they pull the money, email and text once payment has been received, and still send paper bills. So you are very aware of when your water bill is due and how much it will be. Any time I've had to call them (which has only been a handful of times) they have been very kind and helpful. You cannot beat county water, it tastes good and is clean. As far as price, I typically pay $60-70 and take two showers a day and run the washer & dishwasher every other day. I feel like that's fair.

Why the hell yall close so early like water isn’t a necessity? Everybody else has to work too and it’s not like most of us get off at 4 so it doesn’t make sense!!

My bill runs as high as my entergy and gas bill combined. I just moved into this area and I was shocked that they charge you the same amount for sewer as they do water. I seriously believe they over charge people. Research before moving into this area to see how your utility bills will run. I should have moved to Bryant.

Never received bill in the mail yet I get penalized for being late. Water service does not have website capability to see statement or pay bill online. Complete garbage in my opinion.

Came home AGAIN to rusty water. It just cleared up after days of being dirty and here we go again. Would it be so difficult to let people know when there is going to be work done? Other utilities do.

Horrible customer service and attitude. Not helpful at all. Poor communications. Update...since original review, I've learned I was dealing with the Alexander area of Saline Water Works.
