The employees of this store are disrespectful. I bought a tie and wanted to return it after a change of heart on the same day. I read on the receipt that you can return for full refund within 14 days only to be told that all sales are final. One of their employees was kind enough to tell us she’ll talk to the manager and took the receipt to the manager. The disrespectful manager came out with another employee who told us with an attitude it’s written there that all sales are final “don’t you see it!” Last time buying from this location. Teach your employees and managers how to treat your customers!

I bought an bracelet here that broke one week later. I tried calling multiple times because I live in New Jersey and was on vacation when I bought it. I left voicemails and no one has called me back after one month.

Yesterday I arrived very excited to buy 2 gift shoes for my husband. I really intended to buy. The lady who served me had very long hair and looked annoyed because she came in with my 2 little daughters. She had a shoe in my hand and I went over to ask her for the size. I snatch the shoe from my hand and throw it back. and she told me there are no sizes. It seemed to me the most abusive and humiliating treatment of her. I started to see other styles and she looked at me from afar and made horrible faces at me, she felt like I was in the store. Honestly, I was left wanting to buy because I've been waiting for this moment for a while. I think that if they don't want to attend kind, why do they sell them?
I’m not buying any x brand. This exclusive brand It must offer the best service because I was not going to spend 50 dollars there

I went into this particular store after having some issues with a couple of pair of shoes that I had purchased years ago, so I was turned away pretty much by every other Ferragamo store and even Corporate Customer Service. I was very upset, but made the best decision to go into the Outlet Store location. I don't understand that there are some reviews here about the staff "judging customers" based on appearances, that is completely false, as I have been there dressed in basketball shorts and sneakers and was treated with the same respect as everyone else. I was treated pleasantly by everyone and assisted in every regards, and never felt out of place or disrespected.

The entire experience was phenomenal as usual and as expected. Everyone on the staff is helpful and make the best recommendations for products that I am interested in. Rico Salamat who is the Store Manager is one of the most professional individuals that I have ever encountered, and everyone on the staff follows that same standards, he runs the store very efficiently.He made it his personal mission to make things right and help me on my request to remedy the situation with the defective shoes. Communication was outstanding and the end result was even more than I expected, but I was always guaranteed that I was going to be helped, and that was kept 100% and for that I am grateful. Alby who is also a Manager goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible, and always with a very positive attitude.

I would like to recommend this store to anyone looking for the best product selection and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed when dealing with anyone from the staff at this store, as I can attest that my expectations were actually exceeded in every sense of the word. Thank to everyone at the store for being so professional and helpful!

Such a bad customer service!! We wanted to buy 3 shoes but we didn’t only because of the bad customer service from the agents and even Manager didn’t care. Never going back there again.

On May 12, 2018 (Saturday) I made a visit to the Salvatore Ferragamo outlet store. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, it was if I never entered the store.
After walking around for about 15 minutes a sales representative finally asked if she could assist me. I gave her 4 pair of shoes. She placed them by the register and proceeded to assist someone else, after a 12 minute wait I left the store. Horrible customer service. You may want to spend your money elsewhere it's not like the items are moderately priced.

Last year (August 2017) I experienced the exact same treatment however I still made a purchase, moving forward I will make it a point not to visit this store again.
