Chose Sami to make my youngest sons 1st birthday cake & smash cake, not only were they SO CUTE but also tasted soooo good! They were exactly what I pictured & 5 isn’t a high enough score to give but it’s the highest available! She was so sweet, it was done on time, and had she not moved to Pensacola I would 100% be using her again!

I asked Sami to make a birthday cake and it was the best birthday cake—or any cake honestly—that I’ve ever had. I told her I wanted neutral pinks, flowers, and almond flavoring but left the rest up to her creative control. It could not have been more beautiful or delicious!! On top of that, she is an absolute sweetheart! I will definitely be ordering from Sami in the future.

So glad she came highly recommended in Pensacola because we ordered cupcakes and a smash cake for our son’s first birthday from her and she did not disappoint! The cupcakes were gorgeous—beautifully piped and decorated and we added our custom made toppers on it and we just loved them! They were so tasty! I wish I had ordered more than a dozen! Moist, not overly sweet and beats any store bought cupcakes! The smash cake as well was beautiful. She took everything I said I wanted on the cake and ran with it and did such a wonderful job! My son loved it and it also tasted so delicious! We would absolutely order more cupcakes and cakes from her in the future! I hope she never stops making these treats!

Sami Kaye's Cakery does exquisite work! She is professional, quick to respond, and talented. I hired her for my daughters 3 year old birthday cake and my husband 40th. We traveled close to 13 hours with my daughter's. It remained gorgeous and delicious! Both cake were delicious and her attention to detail can not be matched ❤️

I ordered a cake while out of state for a friend's surprise 40th birthday trip to Pensacola. Sami was extremely easy to work with. She was very communicative and make the process seamless. She was able to help us coordinate pick up as we drove into town. Now, for the most important part. The cake was absolutely beautiful! It was so delicious! My friend was brought to tears by how gorgeous the cake was. It made her feel so special and I couldn't have pulled it off without the skillset of Sami. She's so gifted. The cake was moist, the icing wasn't overly sweet, and the artistry was simply impeccable. Quantity of cake was ample to serve all of our guests and have some leftover to enjoy over the remainder of our beach trip. We're giving our experience a 20/10 because 5 stars just isn't enough.

I've been in contact with Sami planning my wedding desserts- I was first drawn in by the detail on her beautiful cupcakes! She is always responsive and so sweet and understanding with a new customer! We are doing a cake tasting later in the week; she's even going out of her way to try out some new flavor profiles for us! We are so excited to try it!
