Visited on 10/22/24 for a tire rotation and balance. Young man took all my info and set appointment for 1.00 pm on 10/23/24. Arrived on time and gave key to associate and went shopping. Got call to service desk that the crew were unable to perform balance and rotation making an excuse they had no one there with the skill set to perform a rotation on a 2009 Dodge duelly Then told me they didn’t have a cone big enough to put rim on balance machine. The point of this review is that I didn’t buy tires from them so they make a BS excuse they can’t perform work because tires were not bought from them. I call Bull Shit. There service sign states rvs mount and balance service. After requesting manager he said he would investigate and let me know why. He never got back with me so we left. Never again will I send or recommend Sam’s Tire and Auto. If they are so incompetent to balance a tire why would I trust them with my wife auto or my family vehicles. Piss on them by what use to be a valued customer.

I wanted to check out the stuff before getting the membership but the lady at the door told me I have to get the membership first, if you don’t want it, then stand in line to get a refund. ?
Btw I have a Costco membership and was interested in Sam’s Club but not if it is done like this. I’ll stay with Costco. (I had the opportunity to look around Costco first, I found many things and then bought the card so I could shop.

We walked in around 5:30 on Sunday just to peek at some of the summer items. Right at 6 o’clock on the dot an employee yelled from the end of an isle at us at the other end of the isle “MAAM. SIR. OUR STORE IS CLOSED YOU NEED TO LEAVE” I definitely understand they want to get out of there but they could be nicer about it, especially since there were about 20 other people in the store still. Just sayin that no other store has ever YELLED right at the minute they close.

I never had a problem with Sams until today. I was overcharged for an item. The cashier charge me 3 times for the same object. The customer service department took care of the problem right away.

It's a Sam's Club so no surprises there. However, the Cafe is always slow and fulled with buggies. They need to make a rail around it so people can't bring their buggies into the eating area.

I'm not very happy. I made an appointment for my husband an eye exam about a week ago. They said today (Wed, July 3rd) was going to be the only day the doctor was in. So I scheduled the appointment for 10am. We got a call yesterday to confirm his appointment and everything went fine. We were there about 10 minutes early, hot the pre-test done and was told to wait. About 5 minutes passes and then they tell us that the dr won't be in today and we had to reschedule for July the 13th. We drove almost 40 minutes this morning just for them to tell us the doctor wouldn't be in. They only offered us a $5 off coupon on my sams club card for this inconvenience. We had this appointment scheduled well in advance and was even confirmed yesterday.

I am going to have a total knee done due to severe pain bone on bone. I had to interrupt 2 associates talking and I asked if they had a motorized cart. She preceeded to say we have 4 and they are never up here and went back to gossiping with her co-worker. There was no could I help you find one. I literally cried through the store and will not be back.

Parking is a hassle here. They have the pick-up order spaces across from the tire shop part which makes it dangerous. But on the whole a pretty good place to shop in bulk. They are good about getting pick-up orders right. I've only encountered 1 rude employee
