I rated this 3 stars because I’ve had very different experiences in this store with different staff. I go to John’s Pass often when I have family visiting. First, the teenage staff is absolutely amazing! They are playful and they seem to be the backbone of the store. I wish we could tip these teens! It seems like there is a high turnover rate so I constantly see new faces but love seeing the ones! Back in June, I was helped by Anthony, Chase, and Kai on different occasions and every time, it was a great experience.

However, I went to the store about a month ago and it was a very different experience. The employees were older and I think there was a new manager, who was unprofessional and loud. I did not catch her name but I think it started with a “C.”

So, the point is that different staff provide a different experience. I just want to commend the teen staff for their manners and professionalism!

I walked into Sand & Soul tonight which is one of my favorite stores. Kai came right up to me, she was so friendly, I am a local and I purchase from here frequently and appreciate her bringing different clothing apparel, quite honestly she brought me things that I would not have chosen for myself. I ended up leaving with one of the items. As a business owner in the sales field, I was impressed with Kai’s skills for such a young person, she is definitely an asset to the store.

I shopped at Sand & Soul today! What a classy beachside shop. Paula greeted me and went the extra mile explaing the different qualities of brands. She was a great representative of this store. I hope the owners know she is a gem!

If you find yourself in this shop, find Robin and enjoy the experience! She was such a beautiful person to meet and help my wife, mother-in-law and myself find the right threads! Her product knowledge was off the charts, her attention was top notch and she was just a blast to be around. Not only did we leave with our hands full, we were smiling and laughing the whole time! As a bonus, she even suggested the best ice cream shop to visit in the village and it didn't disappoint. My MIL said this was her favourite day in Florida and Robin was a huge reason why. Thanks to everyone at the shop, you were all amazing!

My wife and I were browsing today and she ended up buying a ton of nice clothes. Kam made her feel so special, like she had a personal shopper. She was knowledgeable about style and fit, and so very helpful and attentive. Tina was a big help as well. Couldn’t have had a more enjoyable shopping experience!

My best friend and I fell in love with this place and the people!! We were greeted immediately and we felt so welcomed there!! Chase and Tina were on point!! Very knowledgeable about the product!! But what sold us was their customer service… not overbearing.. they were genuinely happy visiting with us. It was our first time visiting John’s Pass

This store is adorable and has such a nice collection of clothing, accessories, and more! Linda and her young male coworker provided excellent customer service to my sister, niece, and I this evening which we all appreciated! I don’t regularly ask for names with the specific intend to write a review, but we had such a nice experience in the store that I wanted to make it a point to do so. I specifically wanted to thank you, Linda, for your time and help, and for being so genuinely friendly and fun to chat with! We’ll definitely return to Sand & Soul!

My wife and I shopped at Sand & Soul while visiting Madeira Beach in February. I'm a fan of Johnny O. We found some clever gifts here too. Chase and Tina helped us. Very nice people. Fun store.
