Be very careful when you come here. No one goes over the fees with you and before you know it you're being charge $433 for a youth physical and $20 for complete a form for the medical office. Will no be returning.

the receptionist is like no other she is happy will direct you were you need to be with out the attitude of most clinics. she is polite respectful
they have taken extremely good care of my brother a diabetic and needing many things moving here from NH ne was stuck with no doctor and no were to go. they took him in less than a week and got him in all the right directions they offer help for all people In the county

Giving them one last shot after a horrible experience. I have been given some guidance on how to fix a few issues that I've been having. We shall see

The care my kids have received here so far has been really good. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Atiyeh. She's been amazing with my daughters, patient, educational, just wonderful to work with. This last visit they put one of my daughters with NP Whitehead. I will not ever allow my child to be seen by her again. She didn't listen to me, focused on things that were unimportant and misdiagnosed the reason we were there. The nurses were/ are normally friendly and great, one a little less friendly than the other but overall kind. The staff answering the phones have always been great OTHER THAN the man. I can't remember his name, but if I hear his voice, I'll hang up and call back. No empathy. One thing they do need, is better availability for sick kids, took me two weeks to get 2 kids seen!

Please look into your phones. My child wasn't able to get a same day apt, due to your phone lines!!

I have been to the health department and seen a Nurse Practitioner twice. To my surprise, I had two very good experiences. The NP was welcoming, informative, calm and sweet. I do not usually write reviews but she made my experience. I also did not have long wait times, and everyone was kind. So, thank you.

Horrible place!! Every single time I go there I am treated like dog poo. Mean and rude people. I make an appointment for one thing and I get there and they nurses have no idea what I'm there for and have no idea what to do. I have never been mistreated by an office so bad. No to mention, I have had to take my own vitals off of myself before and then try to chase the assistant down the hall to find out what room she's bringing me to! When I call the nurses line, all I get is "make an appointment", I can't do that because #1 I've been there for the same issue 252728 times this year, #2 I have a full time job too!, #3 They don't even listen to my concern on the phone to find out how to go about my issue. Disappointed. I work in the medical field, no matter how I'm treated by patients and no matter how my day is going, I treat everyone with respect and I am kind!! But everyone at this place is just horrible! Can't wait until my new insurance kicks in!

I went here for quite a while and even review them highly. But as of late their nurses and doctors have gone severely down hill. I give offices a lot of benefit of the doubt, especially when dealing with a health dept. But I will no longer use this establishment. Had a 4pm appointment for lab results. Arrived 15 minutes early. Went back to the room at a normal time. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes and the doctor still hadn't come in. I went to the nurses station and said this is ridiculous, just give me my lab results. She wouldn't give them to me. Turned out she hadn't even printed them out yet. When I started to make a loud fuss, she handed over my blood work. I left after 1 hour and 45 minutes with my 4 year old in tow. Got home to look over my lab and realized it wasn't the lab I went in for. Called right away and said you didn't even give me the lab I was waiting for. She insisted she did and got pissy with me. I told her exactly what lab was supposed to be run and she put me on hold to check. She came back online with a new found sense of customer service, stating that she did see the doctors orders but that the lab was not run, by their lab located in their building. I chewed her out and hung up. Called me back 10 minutes later saying the doctor wanted to apologize for the wait, though the doctor didn't call me, and asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow to have the lab run? I laughed at her and hung up the phone. They will not see one more single red cent from my insurance company. There are plenty of other doctors in the area. I'm done with their ridiculous waiting times, weeks long waits for appointments, rude staff, and clearly incapable medical staff.

The North Port office is a joke, receptionist is rude as a rat and seems to think she is talking to her child! The nurse is nice though. I left several messages over a month ago to schedule an appointment and no one even bother to call me back. The Sarasota office staff is professional, respectful and prompt.

I was treated pretty well. There were a few patients that were rude, causing staff to be a bit on edge but they took it well. I went for blood work and vaccines. No blow outs or discomfort during my shots. They were very nice and super helpful!
