I would leave zero if I could. Placed an order in June for the preorder dress and was fine to wait, I understand how preorders work. The dress came in in August, it was not cut right. You could barely get your arms in the sleeves. Called and was told no one else had said anything was wrong with the dress but I was welcomed to measure it. Called the next week because I wanted to see if I could return for store credit and was then told that yes, there were several complaints about the dress and I could get store credit. Placed an order in August using the store credit and this day, I have not received one thing from them. I called about the order several times and they were waiting on things to fillful the order to come in (even though it was listed on their website when I ordered it). Called last week and they were just going to issue a refund because they never sent what I had ordered like I was told they were going too, and it’s been over a week and still not refund done. Had to call back today and go through the entire ordeal again and now they are going to send what they have and issue a refund for the rest. How this store has so many sales, I don’t know, but this has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I have been a
Boutique owner myself. I gave them enough grace and when it’s the end of Oct and you placed an order back in Jun and still can’t get things right, somebody is dropping the ball. I will not be a customer again. .

Wanted to love this shop, but my experience has been lacking. I ordered a really cute blouse from this shop, shipped right away and was here in days! So I thought I would try again, and ordered another really cute blouse. This one did not arrive, and Shop Sassy Frass has not been helpful about this on any level. I'm really disappointed, because I thought I had found a fun place to buy cute clothes, but sadly their customer service is lacking.

Best boutique around! You will always find the most unique clothes that aren’t like anywhere else you will find. The employees are so helpful! You can find things for my teenage daughters as well as middle age adults! It’s our favorite place to shop! ?
