Man this is the best place to get your tools. I played their game called win it it's an app. And I managed to get $180 worth of tools for free because I won $125 gift card. And since the tools are on sale I got it for cheap.

Ordered a new washer and dryer the beginning of this month, for delivery this Saturday. Was just called today stating they didn't have it in stock! Called the store, Desoto Square, got Leo (Asian man, always there!) & he was able to upgrade up to the next model, with delivery THIS SATURDAY! Did the change of transaction over the phone, too!!! Excellent service! Good job, Sears!!!

I bought an expensive riding mower from this store. When I needed my 1st service, I got stood up by a lawn mower repair guy named Jessy who failed to make the appointment. He rescheduled. Then, failed the 2nd appointment too, causing me to have to stay home from work for 2 days.

I tried contacting the store manager, but it all goes to voicemail and no-one returns the calls. I tried calling Sears corporate and all the Service calls get routed to India. Sears has lost a lifetime customer, I'll never walk into their store again. The guy 'Jessy' was so unprofessional I know now that Sears is a dead brand to hire such irresponsible people to repair their mowers.

I have a Sears Master Agreement for my appliances. Today, June 1, my AC stopped working. I called Sears to get an appointment to get it fixed. The first available appointment was June 20. 19 days away. I was told that there was only 1 person working on ACs in the area. I was told to buy some fans. What good is a Master Agreement ? I will have to call someone else to fix my AC because we can't last 19 days in Florida heat. Will cancel the Master Agreement. Don't buy a plan on anything that you would need to get fixed quickly if it broke. It is no wonder that Sears is having to close stores.

I will NEVER do business with Sears again! I've always heard that they are the place to go for appliances and for the last two months I have had a horrible experience. The stores and corporate are never on the same page and they give you the run around in every way possible. I am writing this poor review as I'm standing in the store. That's how horrible my experience is. I will be at Home Depot or Lowes from now on.

Hey there y'all, Sears at the Bradenton mall is closing and everything is on sale. 15, 30 and 40 percent off every thing. All sales final and no returns. So now you can buy that shed you've been wanting fellas. The clothes are pretty decent also, toys and Christmas stuff. Lots of beds and bedding.

Last week, I came here to buy a Vacuum and we got a great deal: a $400 Vacuum for only $200. The Atmosphere was great, store was clean. The man who helped did a great job. The staff was not pushy and they were eager to help.

This Sears feels smaller with limited selection than other mega stores. Unfortunately they did not have a menswear item at this location we had seen at another Sears. The staff were very helpful in trying to locate the item, but in the end we had to visit another Sears.
