One of the best places where they gave great food and a variety of all come with great and wonderful customer service the parking dos get a little crowded but they do have an underground parking area even though there's "NO WAITING in your vehicles under ground" there is more than enough space to park in the Underground Parking ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SHOP AT THE SEASONS

JJ Bakery is where we love to visit. They organize the line and sanitize you before entering. Pastries are well organized and well packed for customers. I love their egg custards, seaweed wraps, and lunch bentos. They have at least three in the area but this one is the best in my opinion.

Friends and I went to go eat at Slurpin Ramen Bar. Food and service was done exceptionally well, and overall no complaints but good remarks.. however, the parking is another.
Four Seasons has an abundant of parking space but once me and my friends went back to our vehicle, security approached us with an attitude and told us that we cannot be near our cars (we were just chatting, since we haven't caught up in awhile.). Adding to that, they also told us "it doesn't matter what you're doing, you cant be here. This parking is only for employees." There were no signs posted that the underground parking was only for employees. We parked underground since it was pretty warm and it was cold upstairs. There was almost no one at the underground lot.

This ruined our night because of the security's attitude with us. Poor choice of management

USED TO BE DIAMOND PLAZA NOW ITS SEASONS PLACE. DECENT PLAZA WHERE ALL THE COOL FOOD IS AT OTHER THAN THAT ITS PRETTY SMALL. NOT AS BIG AS DIAMOND PLAZA. I JUST COME HERE FOR HALF AND HALF BOBA, BEST BOBA IN TOWN AND ITS THE CLOSEST TO WHERE I LIVE.

Love the food here, but parking/security management is a no. It was a Monday night, around 9pm while I was with my friends. We had gotten our drinks and was hanging out around our cars at the underground parking area. Security came up to us and said we needed to go upstairs and that we couldn’t be here. We told him we bought our drinks (so we were already paying customers and had a right to be there), but he wasn’t having it and told us it didn’t matter and that we needed to be upstairs. We didn’t give him any trouble and said nothing more, so we just left and went home. It sucked.

This wasn’t our first time at the plaza, and we’ve never had security tell us that we couldn’t be down there, ESPECIALLY when we weren’t even being loud at all or causing any trouble. Just friends catching up and trying to stay out of the cold.

It's a big place. Good restaurants to choose from. But I like JJ bakery and slurpin ramen. But if you gonna eat in slurpin ramen, download Yelp si you won't wait for to long in line to be serve.
