They give a great promotional price for the first six months. It was the single most important factor that made me choose this facility. Everything was great. People were there when you needed them. It was easy to get in and out of. No problems whatsoever.

Stopped by to get some rates for storage. Met very polite couple, managers of the site. Enrique was very customer oriented and friendly. He was very patient with all my questions. And took the time to show all the units I wanted to see. He related very well to my needs. His colleague was very helpful and did all the paperwork quickly. This is what customer service should look like. They were role models. Glad I went to this place and I would recommend this site for all our local residents. Great job guys. Thank you.

Chantel gave great customer service by showing her patience, understanding , people person skills and knowledge of the facility.
We had to do some juggling and last minute adjustments in hopes of finding a better facility; and we did.
It was just the facility we were looking for after prior disappointments.
She answered all the questions the best of her knowledge while working another location; and I had alot of questions from prior bad experience.

We were able to view the space and Chantel took the initiative in showing how everything works.
One thing we knew for sure, we did not want an upstairs storage unit involving elevators.
We wanted the old fashion facilities without the technology of break-downs and out-of-orders.
We are pleased after a prior exhausting and frustrated night.
We moved our belongings in within two hours. Whew! What a day!

In closing, we accidentally left our personal 4-wheels rolling cart inside freight elevator and per office, they were not notified.
