Security Safe completed the start up on my generator last year and yesterday was my first annual service. What a fantastic company to do business with! George, our technician, is so personable and friendly, I am already looking forward to next years service just to see him again. From the beginning our experience with this company has been very positive. My main contact with Security Safe is Joseph, he is a stellar young man that does what he says he’ll do, hard to find these days! All the technicians that have installed our cameras and generator- Donald, James and Joey have been super courteous and effective. When comparing company’s for our full home security system with installation, we had the privilege of speaking to Mark who left us questioning the confidence in company itself. He wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products and installation processes. We asked to speak with someone else and was informed he was the only one available. We tried to think maybe he was just new and bared with the conversation. By the end of the conversation I wasn’t convinced my home would be properly secured with the products and system we would be purchasing from them. We put a big price on our daily safety and didn’t feel as they could provide that for us.

Purchased a 27KW whole home Generac generator with a 250 gallon propane tank. I had an outstanding experience with Mark Bozeman who was very professional and detailed in his quote assessment. He took his time to hear my needs, concerns and any other questions I had. Once proposal was accepted I received a quick follow up for installation. Yesterday on 12/6 I had the installation crew with electrician show up and do a very good job on the install. The crew was polite, very helpful and professional. The electrician was awesome and was very attentive and helpful. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. After installing the unit the technician took his time explaining the functionality of the unit and was very helpful answering my questions. I highly recommend Security Safe for anyone looking for a Generac generator for their home. Money well spent, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In the beginning they were good. Moved locations and had my system moved to my new location and thought everything was good. They loved the same system with the same exact equipment.
I know nothing about security systems which is why I hired security safe. They never came to my new location to make any improvements or modifications to my system for the new location. Then the theft occurred after I’d expressed concern about making sure my new bigger lot was secured. I contacted security safe and not only were they extremely rude but they told me their systems are designed to recorded the event for review later...... that’s not what I asked for or thought I was paying for. I’ve been in the process of canceling because I went with another company. I will not do business with security safe and do not recommend them to anyone

I recently purchased a home with a security system originally installed by Security Safe Co. in 2012 when the house was built. The system appeared to be very good so I contacted the company to see about their services. I had an additional building next to the main house which I wanted to secure as well. They came out and installed a separate system for the building and tied it into the main system. Could not be happier with the original system and the new one they added. Total security in one overall system. Having dealt with a big "national" company for over a decade, it is a pleasure to deal with a company that actually listens, responds and appreciates your business. Everyone from the installers to Doug Herring have been super to deal with. Great choice on my part!!
