Great general purpose hardware store. Way smaller than your Home Depot, but they carry an amazing amount of stuff in such a small store. And the woman at the till knows where everything is that I asked about. Good prices.

Such a convenience to have so close to the house for last minute emergencies. They have everything you need for a quick repair and more. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too. I never regret coming to this store when I need to.

This may be the best service I’ve ever seen in a store. The person at the register will greet you and ask if you are looking for anything in particular, and will immediately radio to the appropriate department. The place operates like a well oiled machine.

When I was searching for the bolt I needed, the employee was super helpful finding something that worked with limited info. The gentleman at the register was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in my life. All in all a great experience.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed my order over the phone for 6 privacy screens they had 3 in stock and needed to order 3 from the manufacturer this was October 19 and was told it would be in Friday October 24. Never got a call that it was in so I called to check if it was in, the guy I talked to was VERY rude and we will call you when it's in. I called back on October 25 because I never got a call. I was told it would be in Friday, I got the same rude guy telling me they would call me when it comes in. I called on October 30 to only be told they were never ordered. I was told they would order them now and get back to me with an ETA, that also never happened. I called back to be told they were to busy and never called the manufacturer. But they were quick to take my credit card payment.
I ordered them from another company.

Good old ACE....when all else fails ACE will be able to help. The employees have years and years of accumulated experience in plumbing, building, painting, and even gardening. I have watched them help a suffering homeowner more than once, including myself, make the right purchase to save the day. Bravo ACE.

It's quite the experience to walk their narrow and totally well-stocked aisles, gazing at the comprehensive selections, just as it is so cool to walk up a few steps into the plumbing department and have two employees immediately assist your needs. It boggles my mind to think of how intense it must be to keep such an excellent inventory that seems to never have empty spots on the shelves......always in stock items!

Amazing selection from hardware to garden to fishing to spa to paint. Prompt help with a wide knowledge base. My first stop is here. Prices compete with the big box and no driving to to Cottonwood. Latest project before and after. Cement, , rock and screws from Ace. I had scrap wood for the rest.

Well stocked. Friendly service. They refill propane tanks, but they don't put them on a scale when filling which seems to go against industry standard.
