Today is 2/15/25 I am a White Woman. Customer service was the worst in this location. Me and my friend walked in with a positive mindset to take our sweet time until it felt as if we were being targeted for “stealing”.. The employees judge you really bad because we were being stared at the whole time and employees kept asking if we needed help about 10 times. The secret shopper was staring us down as well. I know this was a secret shopper because he was speaking to all the women associates as if he was the boss.
Never coming back to this location unless i have a shirt on that says “We are not shop lifters”. Paid 200$ at the cashier and they were rude as well. Disgusting service.

Madison P is the best! I was thinking of gate keeping this but thought I would be doing a disservice to the makeup world therefore I'm sharing this with everyone. I randomly decided to get a full face makeup done at this location and tossed the dice with going with any artist since it's a fairly new location and I didn't see many reviews for any of the artist. I was assigned to Madison P and it was the best luck I've gotten with any makeup artist. She is amazing! She looked at my inspo pics and nailed the look I wanted. She's the sweetest and so patient. Usually I dread sitting in a makeup chair for too long and the time just flew by with Maddie cause she's so sweet and easy to talk to. I enjoyed my makeup appointment and will definitely be back to see Madison P!

This location sucks. I asked for help and she just sent me from person to person not knowing what to recommend. They literally just recommend you whatever they see and I have sensitive skin and acne. I’m not asking him to cure my acne, but I’m asking them to recommend me something that they know that is good and they won’t do that. They’ll send me Home with products that are not what I asked for even though I spent $200 every time I go.

They just opened !!! so excited to have a Sephora close to me 🙂 it’s so cute and can’t wait until they have more things in stock <3 employees are super sweet and nice ! be kind to the employees please they do try their very best

Worst Sephora location ever. I schedule a makeup appt TWO DAYS PRIOR and the day I arrived to my makeup appointment the specialist told me that they canceled my appt and tried to give me a call to let me know. (they didn’t) I had my birthday event today and they looked like she didn’t gaf that the appt was canceled. Very careless and super unprofessional. She didn’t take my time into consideration. She didn’t bother rescheduling me at a different location for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service. Short lady I think was the manager. Horrible person in general.
