Katherine is an amazing employee, her customer service is the best I’ve seen at this location. I’ve came here so many times and it amazes me that she always recognizes and greets me. On an occasion, I went on a very busy day and Katherine was very helpful. I went in searching for skincare products and she was very knowledgeable in that area. Thanks to her my skin has cleared up! If I could only rate her it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, there were a few employees that were extremely rude and did not help. One of them was a bald guy that literally walked away from me and went up the escalator and that was the last I seen him for the next 2 hours. He didn’t even greet me, he was on his phone. Then this blonde girl with glasses had so much attitude and was cursing so loud in front of customers. The short girl that looks emo was complaining about customers and wanting to kick them out.

On 12/17 at 2:45pm I Asked Angel for help finding a perfume while he was stocking shelves and all he did was look at me and go back to stocking shelves. 🙂 He was more concerned with going on his break in ten minutes. An overweight female and bald male standing by the register doing absolutely nothing saw me searching for it and didn’t bother to help either. Hopped on the Sephora app to check if it was in stock at this location and it wasn’t. Will be taking my business to a Sephora down the street instead. Mind you, the store was basically empty. My mom and I were the only ones in the store

I was helped by Celeste. She honestly deserves 5 stars. She was very nice & helpful. She made me feel like she went above and beyond for me! She was patient, kind, & willing to answer all of the questions I had. She offered me a sample of the foundation I was thinking if getting. I thought it was very nice of her. I got to try it out & now I am placing an order since it convinced me. 1st time ever that a Sephora employee offers this to me. I didn't even know it was a thing. I honestly prefer to shop online since everytime I have gone in person to this location it is always hectic and have never been helped
Yesterday I decided to go in person since I wanted to physically try on a couple of different foundations. I am so glad I did and Celest was their to help me out. She said it was her 3rd day working their. I was surprised as her professionalism and knowledge was superb to say the least! I gave the location 4 stars (mainly due to the fact that another employee there only greeted me but did not seem interested in actually helping me) However Celest deserves 5 stars!!! Sephora is lucky to have an employee like her!

This store location really could benefit from two or three more people. This store feels as if two people can help a lot of customers when it can’t which becomes very frustrating. I end up leave with nothing because you only have two people one person who’s trying to help a lot of people and do make matching and another whose creating a sample for a customer. So then it leaves no one for the register to help get customers in an out.

I gave an EXCELLENT rating because I came into this store and was helped by 3 great Sephora employees by the names of Kaiah, Eileen and Jerica and let me tell you it was the best experience ever! They literally helped me with everything that I needed. They were very nice and had a lot of patience with me considering I went with my 3 kids but over all they did excellent and answered all my beauty questions. I originally came in for a return because my make up just wasn’t staying and I thought I was just about to give up on make up. But these 3 amazing ladies changed my mind and I left happy! I will be coming back to this store!

First time at the Sephora in Kohls located in Stonewood Mall. Eileen was great, very helpful and attentive. Though some of what we were shopping for wasn’t available, she gave great suggestions and managed to help everyone that was shopping without hesitation. Great customer service, well stocked on skincare brands and most of the popular makeup brands. Shopped here 4/21/23, will definitely be back again. Much better that when it was located in JCPenny

This sephora is terrible. They never have any items in stock. Better off just going to a sephora only store.
