Kate and Michele, the “Saturday personnel” are truly a reflection of excellent customer service.
I appreciated their engagement and service .
I have only shopped at the store twice since moving to San Marino; they made my shopping experience very pleasant. Sadly, It is rare to receive this level of service nowadays.
The owner should be very proud of how the store is represented by these two young people.
They must be a reflection of great leadership.

I have been shopping at Serafina for the past years from jewelry, skincare, home care, to clothes. The brands carried here are quite lovely & unique and will definitely save you a drive to the West side. It’s truly one of the local gems at SGV.
