My comment is on the large meeting room in Westport CT. It has a VERY, VERY loud HVAC system. The blowing air is so noisy! I have attended two meetings here and each time we had to shout across the room to hear each other. Someone needs to redesign this system. Ugh!! I will tell everyone I know (when it comes up) to avoid this building for meetings. No way!!

I cannot offer enough positive opinions about my time with Serendipity Labs in Downtown Los Angeles. It was a truly great experience. I rented a private office for about a week, and I got way more than I had expected. Not only is the staff fantastic, professional, and very friendly, the office space is lovely, open, quiet, clean. Not to mention the views on all sides of the floor are slick, stunning, and beautiful.

My "private office" was bigger than expected and actually had 4 individual large electronic stand / sit desks, so it could accommodate a small team if need be. It was a real pleasure to work out of that space and have it as a temporary office home.

I'm a television editor, so I require a high-speed landline ethernet port to work. I was a bit nervous it wasn't going to work (and ethernet ports are exceedingly hard to come by these days), but before I landed, the team worked with me over the phone to make sure everything was in place, and it worked swimmingly. They also allowed me come in, set up shop, and test the connection the day before I actually started working, which was generous of them and put my mind at ease.

In short, Serendipity Labs is fantastic and I will absolutely hope to work out of their offices again when I return to DTLA or anywhere else they have remote offices. Thank you to all the great people who work there!

Absolutely loved the amenities and multiple co-working spots within the building that this location has to offer! The perks like kombucha and cold brew on-tap, infused water, and free coffee is unmatched for the price. The area itself is steps away from a bunch of restaurants and food halls. Highly recommend if you are looking for an elevated feeling of a co-working space!

I recently had the pleasure of using Serendipity Labs location for our annual Product Summit and I must say, it was a great experience. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access. The room was equipped with all the necessary equipment we required, making it easy for us to conduct our summit without any hassle.
What really set this conference room location apart, however, was the staff, Andrew, and Ken. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our summit a success. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide assistance when required.
Overall, our summit was a great success, and I would definitely recommend this conference room location to anyone looking for a great venue with excellent service. Thank you, Andrew and Ken, for making our experience a memorable one!

The location here is fantastic! After years of struggling to find a really great corporate venue in LA we were fortunate to come across Serendipity LA. The lab manager Cecilia is great, super responsive and so easy to work with! We loved the ambiance of the place and the front desk person (Karen) is lovely. They have gender neutral bathrooms and provided a pumping room for one of our participants. The event room was spacious and the chairs had cushions so it's super comfy. So far we've held half a dozen events here and plan to have many more. Truly a gem of a place!
