A visit to serenity spa is always an amazing experience for me. So clean, and welcoming with the nicest staff.
Hannah’s facial will leave you feeling brand new. My skin has not looked this good in years and it’s all credit to Hannah.
Dr. Philips is amazing and Kelly is always so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I just can’t recommend serenity spa highly enough. Go check it out.. you will NOT regret it!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I don’t usually do this, but others need to be aware because it might happen to them. My massage appointment was canceled in June with no explanation. Called back in July, and was told there was no openings until August and they would contact me to set it up then. First week of August rolls around and no contact, so I contact them again August 4th to reschedule my unexplained canceled appointment back from the first of June. Finally, August 13th at 1:45 pm was my confirmed appointment. I communicated with someone that I was running behind today (august 13) that I would be a little late. I get there at 1:50, 5 MINUTES after! Keep in mind, I live 30 minutes from the location and have a new baby at home that I changed before I left her with my husband. When I get there no one greets me, and stood for a good 10 minutes until someone checked me in. I am later notified after waiting until 2:10pm that the massage therapist had left already. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I said no thank you then left. I communicated but I continuously had to reach out to them to set the appointment when the original one in June was just canceled with no explanation, so my time, service tips, money, nor gas will NOT be spent or wasted at this facility! I have already booked another massage therapist 2 minutes down in the road in September who I will tip happily for my hour massage that by that time it will have been 4 months since my last massage. If you value your time or money do not do services with these people. Now I will drive my happy self another 30 minutes back home. 😅

This is the greatest place to get everything you need to make you feel great again! I had the best massage and then the best hair cut and color. I can't wait to try other services provided.
